I was fully prepared to pay an arm and a leg to have my hair going in the right direction. When a man, the receptionist answered the phone, he was super nice. "Like yass let's get you on the books, what times work for you". Then I brought up the I combed out of my locks thing and vibes changed hard. He then said we are very busy due to Thanksgiving. I will talk to my stylist to see if anybody wants to work on you and they will give you a call back.. needless to say no one called me back. Once I realized nobody was calling me back. I called another very popular salon in the Springs where they got me in and fixed up with in three days. My recommendation is to look at their Instagram and if you do not look like their Instagram pictures schedule somewhere else. I'm bummed out I didn't fit their clientele. But they do so well they don't need me anyway.

Last week, I booked a full highlight and haircut with David. I went to the appointment, and we…read morediscussed colors. He showed me a picture of some highlights, and at the end of the appointment, he said he just did a partial highlight (which is not what I had asked for), I couldn't see the highlights at all because they were too close to my hair color, and my hair looked like a triangle. I was so upset, but I gave it a week to see if I could style it myself. It was horrendous. I called the salon, and the owner said she would refund me or let David fix it. I would not have, but she said she was going to be at the appointment to see what happened, so I went in again. When I went in, the owner was either not there, or never talked to me at all. David fixed the haircut, but when I told him I had wanted the full highlights I booked, he denied that I had booked a full set. I have a confirmation email, so nice try. I would have been happy to pay the difference to get what I wanted, but I was so fed up I just left. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I'm going to have to find another place and pay twice now to get what I asked for. 2 stars for at least fixing the haircut.

Excellent communication and ease booking appointments for my grown daughter and me. It was our first time there--very clean and friendly. Michele and Vesna were our technicians who first completed a hair analysis with a high tech microscope view of follicle and scalp health and needs. From the moment you walk in the quiet treatment room you are transported to peace and relaxation. Three curtained off head spa stations allow you to grab your mom, daughter, bestie or bridesmaids to indulge in hair care together (this was the only place in town where we could go at the same time). In the treatment lounges you are wrapped in a weighted blanket where you will feel relaxed and cozy while your hair and scalp are scrubbed, sprinkled, and brushed into docile submission. Included is a lovely hand, arm, shoulder and neck massage with a body scrub that left me soft and deeply moisturized. The halo of water will melt your tension away (and not a drop on the face!) and after all of the head massage I felt very zen! At the end we popped back under the microscope to do an "after" view of scalp health, then some red light therapy, scalp massage, scalp oil and a blow dry. I cannot believe how soft my hair feels! This is truly something we will add into our regular wellness and self care routine, and so should you! I would put it right up there with monthly massage clubs. Owner Shishi is such a blessing. Very professional, courteous and kind attending to all of our needs. You absolutely must go and breathe new life into your tresses!

It was an incredible treat…read more Cathy has got some magic in her hands and fingers, and that translated to the most relaxing 60 minute experience I've had in ages. The bed you lay in is very comfy, and the bowl your hair is being washed in has an awesome water sprayer that hits your head just right. On top of the head and neck massages she gave an incredible arm and hand massage that was a wonderful surprise. I mean it when I say she was working magic, because I almost had to lift my eye cover to see how it felt like she was using three hands to do the massage. Before and after your treatment they show you your scalp magnified, and seeing the improvement was surprisingly interesting. My wife and I loved it, and would love to come back for another. Next time we'll probably add on the facial, because it feels like that would round out the whole experience nicely. If you do choose to come in for this be prepared for the wave of sadness you'll feel once you know it's coming to an end.
