We've been having some issues with our system and it's not collecting energy. I have called Affiliated Solar probably 27 times. Five of those times I actually did speak to someone who of course was going to relay my message to the appropriate people. Here we are almost 3 weeks later and our solar panels are still not working, have not received a phone call from anyone and I am paying an astronomical amount for the solar panels as well as paying Rocky Mountain power now. Stay away from Affiliated Solar! I do not like to leave negative or bad reviews but I feel like with this one people have too much at stake to jump into a bad deal with a solar company.
