BUYER BEWARE! Buyer Beware! I contacted Edward the owner of this business for recommendations and a quote on the heavy pruning of my pecan tree. Edward told me he could heavily prune my Pecan tree no problem and he could be here as quickly as Friday to do the job. While I appreciate the the speedy service time, I let him know I had called another company as well and I was waiting for their response before I moved forward with my decision, and I'm so glad I did. When I received the call back for the other quote I spoke to A REAL arborist from a reputable company that's been around for over 20 years. This gentleman advised me that pruning a pecan tree this time of the year, can kill it. He said heavy pruning would definitely deteriorate health and through his honesty, we agreed to do nothing to the tree at this time. So after two different recommendations I went online and did my own research, he was correct. If I would've hired Edward I would've lost my 30 year old tree. I would think someone with a tree service would be knowledgable, but he's giving out advice like he doesn't know anything about trees. Do your research people, this is a fly-by-night company, probably not a certified Arborist either. Somehow he has tricked other people into trusting him but I'm so glad I shopped around and got the truth. If I could give him zero stars I would. ***UPDATE*** I can't believe I'm having to update my review so soon. My hands are shaking as Im writing this. After I wrote my review today and exposed the truth of someone who was clearly only after my money because he gave me false advice on how to care for my tree, I have now gotten threatening messages from him on yelp saying "he's going to find me!" I'll post the screen shot of his message for you here to see. That is very scary and unprofessional and not something I take lightly! I urge anyone else who reads my review to please take caution as you don't know who you're dealing with, certainly not a certified arborist or someone of sane mind. Yelp has record of all our interactions on here so the least I can do is share this information so its documented. ***IN RESPONSE TO OWNER COMMENT*** I didn't need more information you told me you could could definitely prune my pecan tree on Friday and for $650. After finding out that wasn't a good idea elsewhere and with my own research that's when I wrote the review.. Yes I just bought the house and the seller told us it had a 30 year old pecan tree in the yard, not uncommon to get all the details on a purchase of a home. I have been a yelper since 2015 and writing reviews isn't the only way to use yelp. Whether you know about trees or not it's your behavior that's going to lose you business in the long run. In our case, we had over $500,000 in fire and water damage, and it seemed like everyone else was more concerned about their profit margins than helping us. They were honest, upfront, and transparent from day one. They took the time to review every budget, selection, and step of the process with us, making sure we understood everything along the way. Before the plumber even arrived, three different restoration companies showed up at my door. The strange part? I never called any of them and nobody told me anyone was coming out. I did overhear one of the technicians I allowed in for a "free evaluation" on speakerphone with the plumber asking if a $2,000 finder's fee sounded reasonable. I kept my mouth shut but it definitely raised some red flags. I listened to all three companies separately and then decided to do some serious research online. While some companies have plenty of glowing Google reviews, once you start looking at other sources like Yelp, the Arizona ROC, and the BBB, the picture can look very different. Consider this a friendly warning to homeowners: do your homework. After digging deeper, I was fortunate to find ASAP Restoration. One thing that immediately stood out is that they do not work referral deals with plumbers, do not pay kickbacks, and do not play games with deductibles. They simply focus on doing the job correctly. The team was extremely professional. The mitigation/demo crew handled the water damage quickly and thoroughly, and the reconstruction team has been excellent. We're now about 90% finished with the rebuild and everything is coming together great. I just felt the need to share my experience before heading out for spring break. This wasn't an issue for me--I simply called around and found a local contractor to patch things up afterward--but it's important to go in with the right expectations and always ask questions! The team members we worked with deserve individual recognition: Brandan came out first to rule out any active plumbing leaks. Once he confirmed the mold wasn't plumbing-related, he kindly offered to inspect the rest of our new home's plumbing. He caught a few minor issues, explained his recommendations clearly, and provided no-pressure quotes. We are so relieved to finally have a trustworthy plumber on speed dial! He then immediately looped in their mold specialist, Ruben. Ruben arrived the very same day to assess the mold and provide a fair quote. I interviewed several companies for our complete backyard remodel, and it was apparent from the beginning that Sean was the best. He came up with a creative design for our backyard that provided more privacy; an entertainment space with a bar, tv, fire pit; and an outdoor kitchen. He asks questions to understand what your needs are and how you envision yourself using your yard to come up with a 3-D rendering of your ideal space. Sean has an eye for design and thinks of the big picture and the small details. We had to wait several months for the crew to start, but in my mind that was a good sign that Envirogreen was well sought after. They were worth the wait! Envirogreen has their own crews, instead of a bunch of subcontractors. Their crew, led by Abraham, was punctual, reliable, and hardworking. They showed up 5-6 days a week and worked long days until our project was complete. This kind of work ethic and reliability is so rare these days. Sean communicated with us throughout the entire process and his insights allowed us to make some decisions to improve the original plan as needed (i.e.- installed one bigger propane tank to serve our smoker, grill, fire pit, and indoor stove instead of added another smaller one). So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! I contacted Edward the owner of this business for recommendations and a quote on the heavy pruning of my pecan tree. Edward told me he could heavily prune my Pecan tree no problem and he could be here as quickly as Friday to do the job. While I appreciate the the speedy service time, I let him know I had called another company as well and I was waiting for their response before I moved forward with my decision, and I'm so glad I did. When I received the call back for the other quote I spoke to A REAL arborist from a reputable company that's been around for over 20 years. This gentleman advised me that pruning a pecan tree this time of the year, can kill it. He said heavy pruning would definitely deteriorate health and through his honesty, we agreed to do nothing to the tree at this time. So after two different recommendations I went online and did my own research, he was correct. If I would've hired AZ Desert Tree Care I would've lost my 30 year old tree. I would think someone with a tree service would be knowledge, but he's giving out advice like he doesn't know anything about trees. Do your research people, this is a fly-by-night company, probably not a certified Arborist either. Somehow he has tricked other people into trusting him but I'm so glad I shopped around and got the truth. If I could give him zero stars I would. **UPDATE** I can't believe I'm having to update my review so soon. My hands are shaking as Im writing this. After I wrote my review today and exposed the truth of someone who was clearly only after my money because he gave me false advice on how to care for my tree, I have now gotten threatening messages from him on yelp saying "he's going to find me!" I'll post the screen shot of his message for you here to see. The only thing fake is the advice he gave me. That is very scary and unprofessional and not something I take lightly! I urge anyone else who reads my review to please take caution as you don't know who you're dealing with, certainly not someone of sane mind.
