I love shopping at the store getting assistance from the sale manager Susan and others.

I like Soma, and this location is OK. I've ordered a couple pickup orders here, then gotten calls to say my order was not available which is a little frustrating. My mom and I have felt harassed when just browsing, women really trying to sell us and talk us into things. Not my vibe. Also the clothes / lingerie are just much cheaper online, so it's not really worth it for me to come shopping here. read more

Went to buy bras on special. Met one of the ladies at store named Susan. She took care of us! It was myself ,my sister and my niece. She not only sized us but listened to us as far as what we were looking for in a bra. She guided us and even made suggestions, even told us about other specials. This Lady Susan is what customer service is about. She is an access to the store and Soma. I will continue to go to this store to be helped by Susan. I always found bra shopping a bit frustrating for a few reasons: 1) I could never find the ones with a nice color or design in my size 2) I could never find one that fit me right and 3) after a while it lacked support. Thankfully at Soma Intimates, I didn't have to go through any frustration. As I entered, I was greeted by a sales associate, Susan, who asked if I needed any assistance...I really did. I explained to Ms. Susan that I needed a bra that was comfortable to wear and also gives lift and support. Ms. Susan took my measurements and took me to the fitting room where she then brought three different styles to try on. All three were nice, but they were very tight. Ms. Susan checked on me in a timely manner to find out if the bras were to my liking. She was very knowledgeable about how the different styles were supposed to fit my body and with every style that she brought me to try, I understood what she was talking about. After trying more than five different styles, Ms. Susan suggested going up a size and I finally found two that fit me nicely...was comfortable, kept my girls in place, and gave me a rounded shape under my shirt. I really appreciated Ms. Susan's patience while I decided which ones I liked. I noticed all the sales associates treated every customer in the same manner, which was satisfying. Prices range from $60 and up. I didn't get the chance to explore the whole store, but I saw that they also offered various styles of panties, sleepwear, and dresses. I got $20 deducted off my purchase after signing up for their rewards program. I look forward to returning. I saw some panties and pajama short sets that caught my eye, and little by little will get some more bras in different styles and colors. read more

The worst customer service ever!! Please ladies do not attempt to get fitted for anything at this store- the manager Alicia does not know how to run a store and it's all a run around to get a simple return done I have no interest in contacting Soma I reached out already three times to customer service. Wonderful experience. Sales lady Jennifer was so very helpful & pleasant. Made me feel like her top priority. My purchase was wrapped nicely in tissue with a sticker & placed nicely in the bag. Does not happen in most stores these days. I also asked for something not in the store & she got on her computer & ordered it delivered to me. Love that store. read more

MY trusted brand for bras; employees were nice and assisting. Paula assisted me. Knowledgeable enough, I was already wearing a Soma bra so we went by the tag and adjusted sizing. Month of march donate 2 bras, get a credit for your next purchase, also they have a 60 day return policy. read more

The sizes run large which makes me feel good and the ladies who work here are bitter and always are complaining anytime I've gone in. They're nice but I just want to get out of there as quickly as possible. They've made a peaceful day of shopping feel stressed. But Pj's and stuff are nice and I enjoy the brand. read more

Ms Paula helped me get resized because I went to another shop and they had sized me incorrectly. She was absolutely amazing and very patient. She had me try several styles to make sure I had the proper fit. She even helped me with the return of the bras that did not fit properly. This is my first trip to Soma. I waited in and was greeted by a lovely lady named I IMMEDIATELY asked for minimizers and she led me to the best options for me. I wanted to ask her to check my size because it's been awhile I have been sized but she offered before I could ask. She nicely led me to the fitting room for comfort. Privacy and to check my size. I was shocked my size went up based on her measurements, and was alittle sceptical but then she asked me to hang on one second and left the room coming back with a tablet and a sports bra looking device with prongs sewed in the sports bra which was cool. She asked me to try it over my clothes to check the size- I was wearing baggy clothes so I didn't think it wouldnt read properly but it did and she was right and so was the machine.. WOW! read more

Employees at this location are so disrespectful I miss the boca location at town center mall. One old lady who works there kept repeating the same thing to me about my phone number and to make a long story short it took her 15 minutes to check out my 5 items. I get that a person becomes senile, but they shouldn't hire a person with such limitations in retail. read more

I have loved shopping at this store since it has opened. The keep this location really clean everything is easy to find. I have always loved their quality and selection. I have bought dresses, pajamas and undies/bras here. When I have had a special occasion and needed the right foundation for underneath my dress or outfit I have brought it in and the staff has helped me find exactly what I needed. I have some pajamas from Soma that I bought from this store back in 2012 and they have held up for over 6 years now. I find the quality of their merchandise to be far superior than a lot of other retailers I have bought clothing from. read more

I specifically parked behind Soma on my way to a brunch so that I could browse on my way back through. As I walked through, the woman on the floor at noon on Sunday 11/4 said, "You can use the outdoor walkway if you are walking through." Clearly, I will not be shopping on my way back through, nor will I be shopping this location again. read more

I will never shop here again. The employees watch you like you are going to steal their merchandise. They are incompetent when it comes to measuring someone for a bra!! The woman gives me 2 bras in 2 completely different sizes !!! Same style ok!!! Don't bother telling the idiots you only want a certain color because they don't listen. Then try to return it within 24 hours and they act as if you are some kind of criminal. How about treating the customer with respect? After all it's because of the customer that you have a job!!! Poor Management and Poor Sales Staff!!! Go elsewhere read more
