I really don't have much to say about the treatment itself, the therapeutic staff was nice enough. However, a year after my treatment I started getting notifications about bills that they had said were already settled by insurance at the time - including the first visit which I had double and triple checked was covered, and would never had set foot in the door if it were not covered by insurance. I got a call saying that their error meant it was not covered. I walked into their office after a major surgery, was assured it was covered by insurance, walked out after my co-pay being told it was done, and then got another bill a year after the fact. I spoke to their rep and expressed as much was was told "they'd look into it." I cannot distinguish if this issue came about because of incompetence or dishonesty, but neither is a great look.

I opted for an epidural which I received after it was pre-approved by my insurance. The procedure was quick, but they are never on time calling your name so bring a book and be prepared to sit for a while. As someone who is habitually early to everything it can be the bane of my existence showing up 20 minutes early and waiting for an hour or more past my appointment time. I also had some trigger point injections. That said, everyone here is very friendly and you will meet a lot of students / residents during their studies. This being my first epidural, they warned me that I may have trouble sleeping and they were right - I was awake for 2.5 days! I even took melatonin and other stronger sleep-aides to no avail. Not everyone will have this side effect, so if this is the path you're headed down try it for yourself. I will be going back for another in a few months.
