I told the receptionist I had a bad experience and I continued to receive multiple calls and texts asking to set up more appts after I told them I would not be returning. I just received a notification confirming a pain management appointment that I never made. The entire experience was very unprofessional.

I opted for an epidural which I received after it was pre-approved by my insurance. The procedure was quick, but they are never on time calling your name so bring a book and be prepared to sit for a while. As someone who is habitually early to everything it can be the bane of my existence showing up 20 minutes early and waiting for an hour or more past my appointment time. I also had some trigger point injections. That said, everyone here is very friendly and you will meet a lot of students / residents during their studies. This being my first epidural, they warned me that I may have trouble sleeping and they were right - I was awake for 2.5 days! I even took melatonin and other stronger sleep-aides to no avail. Not everyone will have this side effect, so if this is the path you're headed down try it for yourself. I will be going back for another in a few months. PS - The physician assistant working here is great!

I have been going here for PT twice a week for several weeks and so far the place has been great…read more I have been working with Janaki Patel and she has just been super awesome. She works very hard during the appointments and afterwards. She sends exercises to an app so that I could do it at home as well. She sent my doctor a super throughout evaluation (my doctor said it was the most thorough one she has ever received). She also included her cell phone number so my doctor can ask further questions if needed. She is also accessible through email and responds. She is patient and mindful of my body's limitations at this time. Very friendly and puts in a lot of effort. Overall I have loved working with her so far. The office itself has been good. They are very careful so it makes me feel safer. Their doors are closed until the staff open it and check temperatures and have people wash hands. Of course they require that everyone wear masks at all times. I can tell that they clean the equipment because I can see them wiping things down each time. Also, when you are leaving the staff again open the door for you so you don't have to touch any doors at all. You can make appointments online which makes it more convenient. The front desk people are very nice as well.
