It has fenced in and assigned parking, the laundry is SpeedQueen machines managed from a cell phone app (PayRange), and apartment management gets to 24 hour maintenance requests with a day of submitting issues on the AppFolio app. They subscribe to piñata, which reports your rent payments to the credit bureaus, and you can apply for flexible payment options. Roommate can just pay directly through their app with their portion of the rent, and utilities are handled through it! It can be a pricey place, both Rent and Utilities, but the expertise and experience is worth it. Shereen, the leasing manager, is so nice as well!

He made sure to check in constantly and provide updates as he worked. He went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right the first time and everything was put back as it was. People like him are the reason I continue to rent from this company.

Because the manager yells at them, follows them around and encourages tenants without kids to complain. On top of that .. This building has aserious roach problem. A tenant gave notice this month because of the roaches. The manager is unprofessional, and gossips like a woman. The management company MGR sent threatening letters from their Attorney to househols with kids, so now we are all helping eachother find new homes. This place frequently raises rent but your children cant play outside without being harrassed, and you have to live with roaches. Dont move here i regret this decision everyday.

There is a swimming pool, workout room, on site laundry facility, grill area and it just feels very luxurious. Oh and it's super clean! There is also security at night which makes the place feel safe and secure. Security is very important to me since I am being stalked. I love how accessible the management is here as my last apartment experience was less than desirable. My husband and I have enjoyed our time here. The rules are given for a reason and I love that everything is written out so you know what you can and cannot do. And they do enforce it, which I like. It's very quiet and the people are respectful and polite. Even a few residents asked how it was for us moving in which was very nice! I feel like it's like a little community of its own and I love that feeling. I do make my own videos and pictures for my online accounts and it's a very nice place to make self tapes and music covers since it's so quiet. I love that I can do that now and not feel rushed. In my previous apartment, I always had to rush to get through a self tape because I was anxious that it would get noisy and I don't like background noise in my videos. It has been so peaceful here so I look forward to being able to do those again. I also love how close we are to so many different stores, restaurants, gas stations, two malls and most of my doctors are right nearby. It's so convenient to me. I feel like I am spoiled and it's a really good feeling, truly! It is pretty much a lot of it is actually within walking distance to so many places we go to. Karen has been so helpful throughout the entire process and I'm so thankful for all she did for us! She really helped us step by step to get into a beautiful apartment home that feels quaint and homelike. If you're looking for a place that truly goes a step beyond, then give them a try! I lived here for a year and a half, after the first year our rent went up but, that wasn't the problem. I decided to move because either Karen or management has people watching you, your apartment and all the things you do. They complain about everything. You receive emails after emails about what you did, what was said, how many people came in and out of your apartment. Cameras everywhere, I get the cameras are for safety for the little community but they are not there to watch people when they are not absolutely doing nothing wrong. If you decide to live in this community watch out for Hector the maintenance guy who speaks broken English or very little and the cleaning lady forgot her name but she cleans the property and the laundry rooms. Speaking of the laundry rooms, there are so many tenets who have dogs and cats and they wash their pet stuff where we wash our clothes, the washers and dryers nasty with pet hair unless you wash right after the cleaning cleans them. There should be a designated washer and dryer for pets. The walls of the apartment are super thin and you can here neighbors arguing, playing video games all night and if you live upstairs you can walk with shoes/heels that make a clacking sound which we got an email about we can't walk with heels in our own apartment. They watch how many people are in the pool with you and if they assume you have more than two guest they will come out and ask which unit do you live in and harass you about other people they assume are with you and their not with you. Parking is horrible!!! I could go on and on but I have better things to do. So, this is why I moved, I paid too much rent to not feel comfortable where I decided to live. I'm so glad I made the decision to move and live comfortable because now I live in my OWN house, front/back yard and parking for what I was paying at 5800. People before you move here try buying if you can afford this high rent you can pay your own mortgage.

Grace does an excellent job managing the property and is a big part of the reason why I've stayed for so long. Grace is so genuinely kind and is a true professional. Any concerns I've had over the years were responded to promptly, and she ensures tenants abide by the very reasonable apartment rules and expectations. I've never had a bad experience with her. We had a notoriously unruly, nightmare of a neighbor, and Grace did an excellent job handling that very difficult and uncomfortable situation. Communication is excellent and normally recieve notifications within reasonable time to respond/prepare. The apartment itself is on the older side, but is maintained well. Each apartment has its dedicated parking spot(s), which is a huge convenience. There is on-site laundry which can get very busy, but is also nice to have. This review was long overdue, but a big thank you to Grace for making living at the Country Club Apartments such a great experience.

Sadly, things have gone downhill. Our apartment was broken into, and there's very little security or accountability. The manager, Gina, often says "I'm sorry," but never takes real action. The laundry room is constantly broken, and when my scrubs were ruined, nothing was done. Our car was also towed without warning while I was on my lunch break for less than ten minutes. The towing company even admitted there's a standing contract with management--no notice, no fairness. The community feels unsafe. There's loud partying, weed smoking, and zero control or security. Management Gina only treats responsible tenants poorly and seems afraid to confront certain people. We pay over $2,000 a month, and all we get are excuses. It's disappointing to see how poorly this property is run by Camper Corporation. Kids knock on my door asking for money! They even stole our bicycle. We're finally moving on to a better place--with real security, working cameras, and peace of mind.
