I've only been here a month, but the apartment community feels very curated just from the lease agreement alone. We have an overnight quiet period, there's a pool in each complex, a shared BBQ in each complex, laundry in each complex, and it is 100% pet friendly. They even provide pet poop bags at the door to every complex. It has fenced in and assigned parking, the laundry is SpeedQueen machines managed from a cell phone app (PayRange), and apartment management gets to 24 hour maintenance requests with a day of submitting issues on the AppFolio app. They subscribe to piñata, which reports your rent payments to the credit bureaus, and you can apply for flexible payment options. Roommate can just pay directly through their app with their portion of the rent, and utilities are handled through it! It can be a pricey place, both Rent and Utilities, but the expertise and experience is worth it. Shereen, the leasing manager, is so nice as well! read more

I have lived year for 5 years and have greatly enjoyed my time here. The staff is always ready to resolve problems. Alex and his maintenance crew are always phenomenal. I want to especially call out Angel, one of the after hours maintenance techs who came out at 9pm on a Saturday night to resolve a massive plumbing issue where my bathroom was flooding. He made sure to check in constantly and provide updates as he worked. He went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right the first time and everything was put back as it was. I have lived here for 5 years now and have never lived in a community ready to bend over backwards to get things done for its residents. I want to especially note Alex the maintenance manager. He has never not resolved an issue promptly. From door issues to coming within 20 minutes on a Friday night to spend 2 hours making sure my toilets were working. The staff here should be a model for the rest of AMCs properties on how to run an apartment complex. read more

This community is truly beautiful! Each building is well-equipped with a pool, sitting area, lounge area, bbq grills and laundry rooms. There are four buildings total. Shereen welcomed me into her office and we visited a neighboring building to view a two-bedroom unit. On our tour we also met her maintenance director, Alex, who would be responsible for the maintenance of the unit. Additionally, we encountered Lester, the groundskeeper, and I noticed that the property was well maintained. read more

Let me begin by stating that this place does not deserve the energy that will be put into writing this review. But, apparently this is the ONLY way I may get an honest response. This complex and now along with the "corporate office" have crossed the line in regards to LEGAL OBLIGATIONS as a Corp., LLC., or INC. whichever they are because based off the California Secretary of State their Entity has been either suspended and/or terminated. But, that's neither here or there. I lived at these apartments for five years. The property manager at that time was absolutely AMAZING, it was prior to Adrianna taking over. The complex alone took a turn for the worst! It was very KNOWN that someone "new" was in charge. At my move out tour, Adrianna was specific that the apartment was in good standing. I agreed to pay for the cleaning. But turned out I was charged for the microwave. I had previously told her about the door being a little cracked. She stated that it was fine as long as it still worked. Well, they charged me almost $400 for a MICROWAVE! Mind you, she didn't even state that in my move out statement! I wasn't aware until three-four weeks later when I receive my deposit check in the amount of $191.89 out of $750.00. You can imagine my surprise! I called and emailed Adrianna on numerous occasions. She was not responding to either. So I had to call corporate. I was transferred to a very "pleasant women" Dani Baker, she was understanding and all. I sent her all my correspondences I had with Adrianna via email. She stated she was going to investigate. Turns out they were going to send me HALF of the microwave fee. Which is not what I wanted nor did I agree one bit! But, given the experience I had with their property manager I was willing to accept it and end any further communication with this company. I received that information from Dani on 9/2/23. I had to follow up on 9/14/23, because I had not received such additional refund check yet. Adrianna stated checks were mailed out 9/15/23. Once again, I had to reach out to both of them on 10/2/23, because no check yet! It is now 10/26/23 and I have YET to get a response from either of them! I called the corporate office today and spoke with the ADMIN, gave her the same information and stated she will "delegate" it to someone. AGAIN, all businesses have a Legal Obligation! So do yourself a kindness and please look elsewhere to call HOME. read more

I just moved in this place for a month. Yeaaa! I went to 8 places in Lakewood and Paramount city, the Four Seasons Apartment Homes is the only one that impressed me. Alexis walked me and my mom through the whole showing tour: introduce the property / the neighborhood/ leasing term. She is always nice, helpful and patient, answered all questions I asked professionally:) thank you Alexis!! So I decided to sign the lease the same day I having the tour. The following process helped with Shereen and Alexis : gathering documents/ signing papers/welcome& moving (the most thing I like is they took pictures of everything in the apartment with me at the first day I moved in, it's really professional ) I have enough time to check everything in the apartments and it's free for replacement and maintenance if I see something wrong. The maintenance leader Alex is really polite and helpful, they always ask permission for enter before they come( really thoughtful ) maintenance always fast, Alex usually come the next day after I filled out the request on the app. Additional my neighbor are all nice /polite and quite. 1000% RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!! We have lived here for five years and Alex goes above and beyond every time there is a maintenance issue. He is very prompt with fixing issues when service requests are put in and if he notices something else in the apartment that is not working at full capacity he fixes that as well. I brag to my family all the time that I have never had maintenance requests resolved so quickly at any other apartment I have lived in. I moved into Four season apartments located in Paramount,Ca in 2019 under Anna she was the manager on site, she was extremely nice and took care of all my concerns . Unfortunately in 2020 Adriana took over as manager on site oh boy she is by far the most rude disrespectful person ever I dealt with .. I begin having problems with mold in 2021 after reporting the mold through our resident portal time after time the solution was to spray bleach over the bathroom ceilings . The mold disappears but came back immediately this was done every time I reported mold . It came to a point my bathroom walls were crumbling and the mold was speeding everywhere.. I attempted to solve the problem with Adriana but all she will do is make up excuses blaming me for the problem, Jessica just open your window and leave you door open when you take shower (seriously) in 2023 I reach out to Adriana I explained to Adriana that I need air ventilation in the bathroom and was requesting air vent . She told me that I have to wait till next year to get one. My kids and I live with this mold for almost 3 years till my kids and I started having health problems with numerous ER visits , I decided to reach out to the regional manager Advance management company to get my problem solve eventually 2/3 months ago they installed a air vent and painted over the walls . Adriana the manager on site and Alex the maintenance gentleman turn a blind eye to my pain and suffering turns a blind eyes to the mold plague in my bathroom ... please think twice about leasing here at Four seasons apartment in Paramount . My journey here at this apartment complex Manage by Advanced Management Company will come to in end soon, I'm in the process of getting legal help for the mold infestation .. read more

I wrestled with leaving this review, mainly because I know how impactful it would be to this apartment complex, and these are hard times. However, living here was hard, and I wouldn't want someone to experience what me and my husband went through, especially during COVID-19. This review pertains to block B within this apartment complex. Surprisingly from light conversations, I was told that the other blocks were not this problematic and genuinely peaceful. Pros: The apartments are stylish, have wooden floors, and look aesthetically pleasant. The farm house sink they offer is nice depending on your unit. Their amenities are promising: pool and bbq pit. They have an A/C in the units. Parking is available and additional parking can be purchased at a nominal fee. Adrianna the Community Director is very responsive and you could tell that she genuinely wanted to help us out. However, I could tell when we started filing complaints regarding the pest problem that she got worn down and in the end was probably relieved with us finally being gone. To be frank I don't know how to feel about it, but I do wish her the best. Cons: 1. The roach situation we underwent was uncomfortable to say the least. According to the Community Director, a tenant had roaches and kept quiet about it for a while, which spread to the other units. Four Seasons in general proceeded accordingly by fumigating our units twice. The first fumigation addressed our unit and the other neighboring ones. However, this was in mid pandemic, so it was scary since we had to vacate for 4 plus hours. We ended up taking time off work. At no time did they compensate us for the inconvenience etc. After that fumigation, the poison did nothing. Nights became like a sick game of fear factor, and i dreaded waking up in the middle of the night to pee or get water because once you turned the lights on it was horrible to see them all scurry away. We were ultimately forced to do a second fumigation in order for them to reconsider letting us out of our lease...we were going to buckle down and make it to the end of our lease but the straw that broke the camels back was finding a roach in our bed in mid sleep (picture of dead roach below). When the second fumigation did occur, the fumigation guy admitted two things to me: that they were coming from the pipes and drains, and that the roaches may be immune to the fumigation gas, which is why a second spray was needed. But...a quick google will tell you that these signs imply this problem was a prevalent issue. Nevertheless, in the end I won't ever conclusively know since the roaches appeared the second week of living there (we saw small nymphs [roach babies] by the sink), and the problem didn't explode until a month later, which is how long it takes for a roach to mature (can you tell that we did a neurotic amount of research). It could have been brought by a neighbor, but again even if that was the case, it's still awful for all parties involved. Anyways once the second fumigation occurred, the roaches were still very much alive. Mind you we had to take time off again, prep the place for fumigation, which is a hassle altogether, and be exposed to the outside climate during a pandemic. The problem got so bad that we noticed the roaches were now getting In our electronics---we worked from home so our office tech was being jeopardized in the process. So after the second fumigation proving futile, we sent a heavily worded email demanding that their corporate office get involved and that they break our lease without penalties. They did so and we finally got out of there. I don't know if the other units are like this, but I wouldn't wish what we went through to anyone. 2. If you have a pre existing condition or at risk for COVID-19, I would steer clear from this block as neighbors have large gatherings in the community areas (aka right outside your door). These are unprecedented times, so any other time this would have been an amazing aspect to appreciate. 3. Laundry facilities were unusually busy, and there was a specific tenant who would leave their close overnight in the washer and dryer...which was just wild to me. Anyways this proved inconvenient, and laundry was always a drag because of it. To conclude, proceed with caution when visiting this complex, and ask the neighbors which unit is more ideal, or you might end up having to sleep with cotton balls in your ears due to a massive roach infestation terrorizing your day. Especially if you're having to work from home...my husband and I still flinch when we see anything in our peripherals that remotely resembles a roach. If you do currently live here and have this issue, use combat traps. That's what saved our tech from being completely compromised. read more

I loved living here. However, upon moving out I made the unfortunate mistake of having an expensive life saving medication mailed to this address rather than my new address out of state. I spoke with an office representative who promised she would mail it to my new address. I waited and waited and nothing. I reached out day after day for weeks with 0 answers as to when the package was shipped, tracking info or even what carrier so I could track it down on my own. I am now down to my last week of this medication, cannot afford a replacement and still have no answers. I hope leaving this review prompts a response. read more

The staff here are so kind, understanding, and reliable. Whenever I hear somebody complaining about their landlord I simply cannot relate because I've had nothing but wonderful experiences here. I have been living here with my roommate for three years now and we absolutely love it here! Whenever an issue came up with the apartment, Alex, from the maintenance team, would come help us resolve the issue immediately, if not the next day. Adrianna, the leasing manager, is such a friendly person and is always prompt with her responses. Neighbors are really friendly and respectful and the complex is always kept clean especially during this pandemic! Parking is easy to find and I just love where we're located because a 5-15 minute car ride can get you to the nearest Costco, Walmart, Target, Stater Bros, Starbucks, Chipotle, Chase, Bank of America, etc. You really get what you pay for here and it's a great little community to be a part of! read more

I love living at Four Seasons, and have just renewed my lease. The apartments are all renovated and have new double pane windows, clean dark laminate floors and crown molding (or at least mine does!) I love coming home after work because the updates make it feel so clean and stylish. The maintenance team and manager are great. The manager is friendly and lives on site, and makes a big effort to make sure the details, such as landscaping and cleanliness are taken care of. Alex the Maintaince manager lives in my building is prompt and friendly--I have only had one minor issue with my bathroom heater since moving in and it was taken care of immediately. They both do a fantastic job of making sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of. The apartments are close together and are full of activity during the summer days, but at night tenants are respectful and quiet. There is a great sense of community in this complex. I lived in my previous Paramount apartment for 8 years and though yes, it is more expensive than other places, you get what you pay for and it is worth it. Community, attentive staff and great renovations are worth it...also it is a quick walk to a few good local restaurant! read more

We absolutely loved our manager MS ANNA she welcomed us with open arms and was always so kind . Around our 7th month inside of our unit we did she bugs, however once informed the management company they handled it. In 2019 (I believe) MS ANNA retired and in comes Adriana. She gave us all such a hard time . She's rude and l NOT transparent . Adriana has been nothing but the best. She is always in a great mood. She always answers all my questions and is so attentive. Never makes me nor family feel any type of way. I am truly happy here... From the day that I stepped foot into these apartments I knew it was going to be great. Ana, the property manager is amazimg. She's friendly, kind and super attentive. I really appreciate her! Alex, the maintenance manager is always helpful too. The property in general is awesome! Community pool, grill and laundry mat are at your door step and always kept clean! I noticed someone complain about the electric bill but I don't have any complaints there. I mean, almost everything is electric but long as you are doing your part to conserve, then it'll be fine. In fact, my bill has gone down the last two months. I waited to post this because of this. Been here since January. The water and gas (for the shower) are covered. You also get your own parking space and pay a little more if you need another. It is super pet friendly. The pet rent is inexpensive and so is the deposit. Many places jack up the price but not here. Lastly, everything is nearby and walkable ... Trader Bros, Starbucks, US Bank, Wells Fargo, Chase, Jamba Juice, Alondra's, and many other places are super close if not a few blocks away. It is so safe and quiet here, I needed a safe and reliable place to raise my kids and was able to find that here and more. Current resident here since November. I love it so far. It's quiet and kept clean. Neighbors are friendly. I love the fact that this complex is dog friendly. Adrianna's been helpful and she has been consistent with it. She responds quick and attends to our needs professionally. I appreciate the maintenance crew who responds quickly when there's an issue. I love my apartment, it's updated and clean. I work night shift and I love the fact that's it's quiet too during the day, usually the leaf blowers will wake me up but I am surprise the noise isn't that loud when I shut my windows closed. Four seasons is a gem in Paramount I have been here for about 8 months the areas are always clean and the apartments are quiet. When someone has a get together they clean up and finish at a respectable hour and leave no mess. The manager is responsive and truly available anytime to assist you. The maintenance team is also great I had an emergency saturday morning and it was fixed within the hour. The prices are very affordable as well and paid additional parking is available at your request. I moved into Four Season Apartments 4 months ago. Two weeks after moving in noise inconvenience start it. As I am in the last building near the alleyway. I did not notice that there is a bar and it's open from 10 am to 2 am 7 days a week, and the noise at night is horrible. I live in the lower level and the neighbors above me are always stomping and being very loud. When I complain to the workers at the office they do not want to confront the tenant above my unit, I find it very uncomfortable and inconvenient for me as a tenant to be placed in this position. read more

Anna and her staff is excellent. They made our moving very easy and I feel very welcomed in the community. The place is very happening and happy. We had to move to other apartment for family reasons but the past year living here was the best experience we had. I felt like being home everyday. The staff, Specially Anna and Alex took such a good care of every little thing while we stayed here. If possible, I would gladly like to move back to this amazing place in future.
