No other people in the store. She was just sitting there. We were obviously surrounded around a lot of honey and not quite sure which ones to get. My fiancé and I both said nothing as we waited to see if she would ask us if we needed help. I usually am the one of us two to say something but I said nope not today, so I waited. That never happened. So my fiancé then asked a question and she answered but we both had the vibe that we wouldn't frequent this establishment again which we discussed as leaving. We bought the honey only because we drove 20 mins there and didn't want it to be a wasted trip due to her lack of customer service and I got some honey chapstick which actually is nice but too bad we won't go back. I'm still mad I spent my money in that establishment because I'm big on customer service as I am also in the field and I just feel like $25-30 for the jar she could have been much more welcoming. We are the type if we like it we will come back and unfortunately we won't be going back because of that encounter and we liked it but we'll just look for another more inviting company.

He explained that the farm is certified organic which was great to hear, and to our surprise, their prices were super affordable! I even picked up a bar of lemongrass & lavender soap while I was there. Ruth rang us up and answered any other questions that we had, and an itemized receipt was then emailed to me. Along with our lilac bush, I also got a few new herb plants like basil, cilantro and somer curly parsley for myself. Everything is growing strong and healthy and I flourishing! They have a big beautiful space filled with flowers and plants both inside and outside, as well as a big greenhouse filled with their veggie and herb plants. I could spend a good chunk of time just wandering, but the more time I spend the more money I spend, of course.
