I absolutely love this Farmers Market ! I have been going here for years. When it comes to fresh…read morefruit and vegetables they have it all ! It gets very packed in there on the weekends so I suggest going during the week! Their prices are fairly priced but definitely cheaper than your average grocery store. In the back of the store they have a fish market, and an area that sells boars head, cheese, etc. You can also get fresh bread, spices, milk and so much more scattered around the store. The workers are very sweet and helpful. They ring you up extremely fast and efficiently. ( I really don't know how they memorize the prices of things it's crazy!) This is definitely my one stop shop for my basic groceries needs!

It's not often I find a grocery/ market that I really like, but Rt 28 Market is that place…read more I was pleasantly surprised to find really good quality produce, breads, fruits, vegetables, fish and a flower department along with ethnic and specialty items like olive oils, pastas, dairy, spices etc. I've been to other discount markets but this one has amazingly low prices. The staff was very friendly and helpful guiding me in finding certain items. The staff is hard working and continuously replenished the fresh produce. It was easy to find what I needed and they do take credit cards which makes it convenient. This is my new favorite place to shop for produce . They are located in a strip mall across from Texas Weiner, there's plenty of free parking. I heard this place can get really busy so I suggest coming at off times like during the week or at night. Weekends can get really, really busy. I promise you this will be your new favorite place to shop and you won't be disappointed...

This place is a hidden gem! The saying "Don't judge a book by its cover" applies here. It's a small…read moreplace that can easily be missed unless you're looking for it. Cleanliness: I have been there twice and both times I've watched as the waitresses clean the tables and chairs thoroughly, followed by a quick sweep under the tables before each new guest. That gave us peace of mind for sure. Service: The waitresses were very kind. We aren't very familiar with Peruvian food (we always eat the same dishes) and they helped us choose a new "to us" appetizer they felt we would like. Which we ended up liking a lot. They checked in on us during appropriate times and refilled our waters. When we asked for the check it came quickly without us feeling rushed. It was a good experience. Meals: Appetizer: Yuca Huchaina (I totally spelled that wrong..sorry) fried Yuca with cheese sauce. It was delicious. Fried to perfection. We ate it all up embarrassingly fast. Hey, we were hungry lol! Drink: we tried the "Chicha" purple drink. Wow this was amazing. Yes it is purple! It is sweet and has a touch of pineapple in it. We opted to get a pitcher for the three of us. Vida Seafood dish- It came with ceviche, leche de Tigre and fried seafood mix. This dish was a big hit. My parents said they would order it next time. It hit all the things I was craving. I loved that I got the best of both worlds with half fried seafood and half ceviche (fish only). Ceviche and leche de Tigre was super flavorful with spices and lime. I got extra spice and it was perfect. I wanted to drink it right from the small bowl it was that good. My Dad ended up finishing my plate once I got full. He was super jealous of my plate haha! - Ceviche Classico- Also Flavorful and yummy. If you're super hungry this may not fill you up. Hence, why my Dad finished my meal but he loved it! I had this dish during my first visit. It was delicious. - Pescado Saltado...my Mom loved this dish. The fish literally falls apart in your mouth. Every piece was flavorful and drenched in the yummy sauce. It came with rice and French fries and plenty of fish pieces. Overall: I give this place a 5. What matters to us is quality and taste of the food, service and cleanliness. And they deserve 5 stars for Leche De Tigre.

The rice had too much soy sauce and the rice was partially undercooked. The Jalea was on the smaller side this time around and had more calamari than anything else. Usually it's a good mix. My husband ordered grilled fish ( which was a filet ) we had to send it back the fish wasn't cooked all the way through. They took the same fish that my husband had removed a small piece before we realized it wasn't cooked thoroughly and cooked it longer and by the time it came back to the table it was almost half the size. True disappointment this time around

I went here for the food court, and I got tangsuyuk ($18.99). The portion was small for the price…read more I definitely had better portion with better pricing elsewhere. The amount of sauce they gave for the tangsuyuk was also lacking. Not sure if it was just us but we didn't get any banchan (radish) with our order while I saw everyone else got one. I also tried to order another dish right after someone else ordered, and they told me they're closed now. The parking at this hmart was pretty bad though. It took some time to find parking in the parking lot. Probably due it's located at a pretty busy plaza with a lot of restaurants. There were a lot of people at the food court, and it was pretty noisy.

I usually swing by on weekday afternoons when it's quieter and easier to browse without the rush. Some of the prices are on the higher side, but the quality and overall shopping experience make it worth it. The store feels bright and organized which could be relaxing and a nice contrast to most grocery runs. The produce, meat, and seafood sections are always fresh and well stocked, with plenty of variety. I especially love their tofu selection, ready to eat banchans, and marinated meats, perfect for quick dinners. I find myself always ending up with a box of Korean pears, golden kiwis, and soy milk in my cart no matter what I came in for. This little spa and grocery ritual always leaves me feeling recharged, with a calm mind and a happy fridge.

A visual and literal mom and pop establishment. I was fascinated by place since it advertised fresh…read morefish and seafood. I thought it might be a fast food kind of place since it had pictures of fish platters with fries on the outside. To check out a video of the interior of place, please follow me on instagram @toyomansi. TIP: "Pop" does not want pictures taken inside, but I had already taken the video when he started to say "NO PICTURE" in accented english and "mom" just chuckled. Upon entering, "mom" is covering the fryers and cash register and "Pop" is hovering over the display. (PLEASE NOTE I don't know if they are married or siblings etc, it just looks that way) it is a fish market first with the option to take out FRIED orders. You can have the fish you selected from the iced display fried with an additional fee or you can order from the billboard menu they have FRIED fish with fries. I capitalized fried since as far I can tell everything is fried hehe. I ordered onion rings and 2 tilapia to be fried. Onion rings were average, the fish was ok.
