I was so nervous at first leaving my daughter at daycare but the teachers in the infant room are so easy to talk to and very attentive to my daughter. I always drop her off early morning and when I come in they are always changing sheets and organizing. The infant room is very well kept, colorful, and I really like that there are different classrooms for different ages. I really enjoy the app because they send me updates and pictures throughout the day. She was sick for a week and missed out on tie dye day. The staff were happy to accommodate her and do one for her the following week. I appreciate them taking the time to make her feel included. I know she is 6 months old but it is important to me that gets the most out of this experience. I will post update after first year but so far so good. I highly recommend infant room. Just prepare for little one to get sick which our pediatrician did say would happen since baby had not been exposed to much yet.

Enrollment was a breeze, not only were they able to communicate clearly, The Director, and staff were patient and helpful and gave me detailed step by step instructions to help me enroll my children, and all the information needed for their time at Kindercare. They are kind, patient, understanding and they give the upmost care to my babies. I love how so far for every holiday they have the babies make a cute memento to send home. I love the consistent updates through the app, and the communication that the center has, especially their Director Nikki. I know my babies are in good, safe hands here.

So these poor kids are sitting in their wet diapers for two hours because they get changed. Disgusting and lazy in my opinion. Then, I was shocked when I walked in there too because aside from the smell, they two year olds were WATCHING TV. Are you kidding? I don't care if it's raining outside there are HUNDREDS of other things and activities to do with two year olds. Why pay someone this much money to sit your kid in front of a tv? This place is a SHAME. And should be out of business. The list of red flags goes on and on, but I couldn't get out of there fast enough. It reminded me how LUCKY I am to stay home with my babies because NO ONE will take care of your kids the way you do. She had amazing reviews and it seemed like she offered everything we were looking for: family oriented business, Spanish speaking, small class size, affordability and close to home. We set up a tour over the phone with her daughter who was extremely responsive and accommodating at first. On the day of the tour, my husband, son and I all went to Silvia's home and had what we thought was a great visit. We got to know her a little better, she seemed to like my son and our family and we left thinking it was a match. I guess we we're wrong! The next day I followed up with Silvia's daughter (I was never given a number for Silvia directly) and asked about next steps for enrollment. No response. After a another day passed, I texted. Nothing. A few more days went by and I continued to call, left a voicemail, sent a text. Still nothing. Eventually when I called Silvia's daughter she began to answer and hang up on me! We were in shock at how unprofessionally we were treated, and could not think of a reason why they would be hiding from us! My husband tried to call and Silvia's daughter answered, once my husband said my sons name she hung up on him too! Clearly Silvia must've saw something in my son (who was around 18 months) that made her think he was unsuitable for her daycare. Why they couldn't follow up with us and simply explain why they did not want us to enroll is beyond me! Our son is an average toddler, silly, sweet, not outrageously misbehaved or anything like that. He didn't jump on her furniture or break anything, nothing about our tour with Silvia would have justified their treatment and in my opinion discrimination of my son or our family. Needless to say, we never received an apology. Literally still blown away by their behavior as I write this months later. They need a lesson on simple common courtesy and professionalism before they consider teaching little ones.

After addressing my concerns multiple times to the director all she kept telling me was "it's age appropriate." "We're working with the parents." My son kept coming home with bites and if you look at the pictures they are pretty deep meaning that kid was on there for a good time before anyone did anything. My sons dad was really upset and called the director she threatened to kick my son out of the facility if we took further actions and made reports. I decided to remove my son from this center.
