I said to the lady behind the counter that not many people would pay $5 for VHS tapes and she responded with "Yeah, well we sell them at that price every day." I said, "You don't have to argue with me" and we left! Goodwill and other Flea Markets average $1 for VHS tapes, including brand new and sealed.

I remember they had a lot of smaller sizes and I could not really wear them at that point.
