I thought it'd be a small 'hole in the wall' type place! Boy was I wrong! I barely made it through 1/3 of it before I had to leave and go to my appointment. This place had sooo many cool things in separate booths... think flea market type set-up. Most of the items were antique things but they had a good many modern things, as well. The biggest differences between this store and a flea market is a simple fact that each booth was nicely arranged and meticulously clean. The staff were all extremely kind and very jovial. We laughed a lot while just shooting the breeze as complete strangers! It's amazing the commonalities people have across several generations. The staff here easily reminded me of that very fact! Prices are very affordable here. For that reason, I am excited to have found another place to escape everyday responsibilities and look for that one specific thing that I just have to have! Can't wait to take my extended family to this new 'treasure' that I found!

The older short bald man "the owner" is not only rude he has had situations from not allowing the handicap to park in the handicap spaces, bullying them to move or leaving stating "you look fine park in a different spot." To not allowing patrons in during business hours, at the direction of the owner they shut the door in my face 10 minutes before closing with no explanation other than the owners told us too. Still people in store shopping and checking out turning all the lights off. The cashier seemed embarrassed by the owners behavior. Based off other reviews seems par for the course.

I purchased Ashley box springs at Everything Cool in St Augustine, FL for a king bed and a queen…read morebed in September 2020. They started squeaking getting into or out of bed, They also started squeaking when you were in bed at night trying to go to sleep. I tried to seek remedy with the 10 year box spring warranty but squeaking was not covered of course. Not to worry, Ken and Gloria, owners of Everything Cool immediately said not to worry that they have our backs on this one. They offered us replacement foundations that are superior in quality to what we had originally purchased in September 2020. We paid a small fee for the set up, delivery, and haul away of the defective box springs. Well done and thank you Ken and Gloria. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your store to others and will go out of my way to do so. Plus Everything Cool has really cool stuff for your house decor!! Exceptional customer service!!!!!
