Over a month ago, the female owner told my mother that she would be bringing in some Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. At this point, my mother said she would take a female when it came in. When the incompetent owner called to say that the puppies were in, she said she already sold the female. OK... My mom told the morons that she would like to think about getting a male and that she would call them the next day. The male owner did not wait for my mom to call the next morning, and he did not bother to call her to ask if she had made a decision. He sold the other two puppies without speaking to my mom. When confronted and asked about why they sold all of the puppies after one had been spoken for, the psychotic male owner lost control and started swearing and saying, "This is horse shit". He proceeded to tell me to get out of his "goddamn store" and that he was going to call the police on me!!!!!! In 35 years, I have never seen such a poorly run business with incompetent owners. The man is PSYCHOTIC!!!!!!

They provided neither advance notice nor confirmation of delivery until nearly 5 hours after the parcel was delivered, in downtown Toronto where porch theft is rampant. The parcel was stolen from my front porch while I was at home, unaware that it had been delivered! I found the damaged box outside with only a cheap cat toy remaining. The company did not respond to emails and voicemail messages for four days. When I finally spoke with someone they refused any responsibility and claimed they had emailed me the night before (no sign of their message in any folder). They need to upgrade their communication system and hire a more reliable shipping agent if they expect to retain online customers, especially in big cities. (BTW they also go by the name of Harbour Hound Pet Supplies and use both names in their automated email system, adding to the sense of chaos and confusion.)

They sent cat food in place of one of the boxes (note we'd paid considerably more for a box of dog food than the cat food cost - about double). We sent them pictures of the cat food they had sent. They did not respond. We gave the cat food to a neighbor who had a cat. So, for the neighbor, the story had a nice ending. By the time the company responded, they said they would not do anything since we did not have the product anymore. We had not wanted to go to the trouble of sending it back (a bit much to ask a 90 year old woman to do, don't you think)..Do not deal with this company!
