I was very pleased with Annette every step of the way! She was very helpful and kept me informed and was very friendly and compassionate. Annette is such a personable person who truly cares about the clients and their case. I was quite disappointed, as it did take a long time to get my medical records, Mr Dragovic still does not have them all. He chose not to continue to investigate my case further. I believe whole heartily if he would have waited until he had everything, he would have known that my case IS a "smoking gun". first off I would like to apologize to anyone who read my previous review of this company and decided allow them to represent their case. My regret is that I suggested to Andy that I wanted to go to trail with my claim I also told him that I felt like he was working for the defendant because of some of the things he said and did while representing my claim. I would say if you have doubts please get a second opinion, wish I would have. But unfortunately I felt like I was Bullied into settling out of Court. By the time I looked into contesting My decision I was about a month too late. Not to be recommended. Not to be trusted. I enlisted their services years ago. I was actually contacted by them (Rod Johnston) and asked to join a class action suit. He did not keep me informed about the progress. I had to call and ask. He informed me that they had won a on million dollar judgement but the defendant had fled and no money was recovered. Months later, after much research, I learned that the defendant had been captured and much of his assets had been seized, more than enough to cover the judgement.. I didn't hear a thing from Mr. Johnston, despite many emails. I asked him to return the original contract I had with the defendant, in hopes I could enlist an honest attorney to pursue my case. He didn't have the courtesy to do so. So where did the the money from the judgement go? In his pockets or the firm? I'll probably never know. read more

Honesty in lawyers? Don't look here! After working for them as a consulting expert witness for over 17 years, health problems forced me to retire. Sommers Schwartz thought that was an invitation for them to decide not to pay me for work that I had done before I had to quit. One lawyer there doubted I did work because he didn't recognize the clients name (patient's name), but when I dug up his cover letter asking me to review it - he requested I find it - he decided no, although I did the work, and billed properly (really, too little), he was a lawyer at a big firm and didn't have to pay, So that's where I stand with then, I would not believe ANYTHING they say, DON'T BELIEVE ANY PROMISES FOR PAYMENT, and you should be fine. Though ... I would think it would be easier to find an HONEST law firm that pays its bills!!!!! read more

This was my first time going through anything such as a medical lawsuit or even working with an attorney.
