Plenty of Parking First off, they have their own parking lot…read moreand it's a solid size for a small store. I never stress about finding a spot, which already puts them ahead. Easy in, easy out. Small But Packed It's definitely a small thrift shop, but they use their space. There are toys right out front on the porch area, which immediately caught our attention. It's mostly clothes inside, but you'll find board games, little knickknacks, and random gems mixed in. The Toddler Hoop Score We grabbed a small toddler basketball hoop for my nephew that was sitting out front. The paint looked a little sun-faded, but it was still cute and reasonably priced. Pricing...Hit or Miss Some things felt worth it. My sister found a couple board games at decent prices. But I almost bought a matching game for my son and realized it was close to the same price as Walmart. For only a dollar or two difference, I'd rather buy new and not worry about missing pieces. The Pac-Man Moment The real MVP? The Pac-Man machine in the corner. No quarters needed, just play. My son loved it. Honestly, I want to go back just for that and browse again. I'm not sure if it's for sale or just there for customers, but it was such a fun little surprise. Neighborhood Vibes It's a small neighborhood business in South LA, and I respect that. They focus on resale, reuse, and community, which I love supporting. It feels like a local spot trying to do something meaningful. Customer Service There was one woman working when we went. My sister interacted with her more than I did, but she said she was kind and helpful. Final Take It's small. Some deals are good, some are just okay. But it's local, it's community based, and my son had a blast with Pac-Man.

I'm sooo glad share club opened! It's such a wonderful spot for secondhand mom and baby/kid items!…read moreThey have SO MUCH good stuff from toys to books to shoes and obviously so much cute apparel. It's a small spot, but they actually have parking which is amazing. It's right down the block from a couple of different coffee, shops, so you can stop there after your morning coffee! The owner is super sweet and helpful, and they always have deals going on, even though everything is an amazing price already.

2.5 stars. I'm going to just repeat the review I wrote on Google:…read more It's hard to review this place considering the shoes I got here were such crap. I work in a restaurant, so I need non-slip shoes. I came here, the guy manning the floor was nice, seemed helpful, I tried on several pairs of shoes and settled on a pair I liked. Except the shoes are not non-slip. At all. They are labeled as such, but I have slipped literally time I've worn them and have even fallen in them. I went back to inform the guy there that the shoes I bought aren't non-slip and are dangerous. I don't care what the box says -- these shoes are extremely slippery. Working in a restaurant, I've owned numerous pairs of non-slip shoes and this is the only pair I've ever owned that had zero grip. The disappointing part isn't the shoes. He didn't make them, he doesn't wear them; he just sells them. The disappointing part was his reaction. It was basically some combination of "I don't care" and "You're the only one who's complained, so..." Dude, when customers aren't satisfied with what they bought from you, they don't bother to return and give you a detailed review of what went wrong. They just never come back. I was honestly trying to do the guy a favor since he seemed so helpful (when he was trying to make a sale, I suppose) and I want to support local businesses. I was not asking for a refund and made that clear upfront. The shoes had been worn at that point and covered in kitchen goop, so I wasn't even going to go there, but I wanted to let him know those shoes weren't safe. His "Whatever" reaction put me off. So yeah, I'm annoyed that I need new shoes. I've gone back to my old work shoes and am buying a new pair. Not from here, though.

What a great Mom and Pop shop!…read more I stopped in hoping to find a pair of Doc Martens that I had not been able to find anywhere else. The owner was very nice, and extremely accommodating. He was happy to bring me out multiple pairs of the same shoes to see which ones (even in the same size) fit best. He knew what he was talking about when it came to boots, and made some great suggestions that ultimately lead me to make my purchase. Beyond just Doc Martens, he also carries Timberlands, as well as a wide selection of other work boots for both men and women. It seems he has a wide variety of sizes also. I always love supporting local businesses, and Vermont Shoes made it really easy to. Not only do they have a wide selection and great service, but they also compete with internet prices. Stop on in, you won't be disappointed!
