Overall best labor and birth experience I've had in a hospital, I had three kids and all different hospitals and this was the best by far!

My mother is still alive today, yes her diagnosis is progressive and I've seen the her health declined, but the way he explained things to me was very dismissive and has no compassion at all. I would not recommend this hospital at all because our ER visits have always been an unpleasant experience.

When I was shopping around and getting estimates, they sat me down and consulted with me like I was closing on a house or buying a new car and explained what I thought was everything. Well, turns out it wasn't everything. They don't include the reading or interpretation like others do and conveniently don't tell you about it either. We went through that "sit down" twice. Once when I came in for the estimate and the other on the day of the imaging when I paid up. Nothing was said both times. And about a month later I got that extra bill. Damn, it was even more than the imaging. Another $268 bucks!!! Calling and mailing them for an explanation or to resolve it was a complete waste of time. All they did was ignore my calls and letters and send it to collections. I'll tell you what, if I had been feeling any better at the time, I would have thrown my attorney at it for the principle of the thing. It's just bad business.

The Nurse Practitioners are always down to earth and compassionate. The triage nurses are so great my son and I have been frequent fliers lately between ear infections, sinus infections and COVID. Sometimes I will make an appointment but others times we just walk in. The office is always very nice and put together. The staff we have encountered which is most of them have all been so kind and patient. I as a parent never feel that my questions are below the health care providers pay grade. They took a sample and told me it would be sent to a lab but failed to mention OR CARE TO NOTICE that they were sending it to an out-of-network lab for Blue Cross. Because of this, I have been hit with a $491.20 bill (originally $1,403.60) from the lab... for a UTI check. Of which Prompt Care never even followed up with the result(s). Also, they STILL have not billed my insurance for the actual visit. Today is May 4th. (They took my BCBS card and my co-pay, so they knew what insurance I had.) I called to address both these issues with them, left a message with the receptionist, and never received a response. It has now been over two months with zero follow-up. This place shows complete disregard for patients' financial responsibility and basic communication. Each day that and noncompliant service program or activity remains and remediate it is a separate and distinct active discrimination under the continuing violation theory. It is a new and distinct, separate active discrimination each day. Since the post and review one year ago, quest has done absolutely nothing to follow up with me. They have not engaged on what's called an interactive process. They have not investigated remediated or implemented the necessary steps to prevent recurrence of the acts and/or omissions that occurred previously. Nor have they afforded me, ready, full, equal, safe, effective, meaningful access to the services programs or activities. They have completely denied me access to their services. That constitutes unlawful discrimination. A year has passed who knows what health impact this has had on me. It is irreparable at this point. Moreover, I reported them to the Dept Of Health and the Dept Of Health sent both quest and myself findings that quest had, in fact, violated the Americans With Disabilities Act my feeling and refusing to engage in the interactive process and arbitrarily, unilaterally and capriciously, denied my request for accommodation which was not banned by and get an official decision maker with spending and decision, making authority and in writing. To date, quest has done nothing to follow up with me, despite receiving the results of the findings from the Dept Of Health. I will be reporting this to the department of justice, Civil rights division, the Florida commission on human relations, the attorney, general, and following up with Dept Of Health. I will be contacting attorney and suing them in federal court.
