The woman just said okay we already cancelled your appointment. Fortunately, their are a lot of good dermatologists in this market so it is time to move on from this poorly run office. I wish I had read a review like this before my appointment with Dr. Horton. A filler injection to…read moremy forehead resulted in a vascular occlusion that caused necrosis -- the artery was hit, the skin died, and I was left with a significant, permanent loss of tissue. The manufacturer advises against injecting filler in that area, yet it was done anyway. The aftermath has been expensive, painful, and emotionally draining. I've spent thousands trying to repair the damage, and while the skin has healed over, the scarring and tissue loss are still obvious. What shocked me most was that after causing this injury, Dr. Horton still tried to charge me for additional services. He even mentioned that this had happened to another patient before, which makes it even more alarming that it happened again. Please be careful when choosing a provider. If anyone wants to see photos of the injury and healing process, I'm willing to share them privately.

Then I met Patrick who talked me through the procedure and he made me feel 100% sure about the procedure. Then it was time to start and I met the nurses and Dr.Rodillo they we very welcoming and supper nice and they did an amazing job on my hair transplan. I can't remember the names of all the ladies who worked on my hair transplan but every single one of them gave their 100% and also made me laugh a lot while they did my hair.
