Competitions were canceled and event programs refunded the money to them to return to parents. They didn't return the money to parents and only offered a $400 credit to be used in 90 days. Mr. & Mrs. Estes are unethical and unprofessional! They also have zero communication and planning skills to run a business. Every parent is forced to start our own communication group texts and constantly be on top of the owners asking what the plan is. There are other cheer programs out there that did refund parents the competition fees and that's where I will take my daughter in the future.
