    Salmon Tacos

We were in town for a university graduation and La Cima was recommended to us. We were glad it was as it was a very enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. We were greeted and seated and well taken care of during our stay. The three different salsas and chips served before the meal were all very good, and we had to force ourselves to stop eating them to save room for lunch. I had the salmon tacos which were delicious. Adding the creamy green salsa to them was even better. My wife had the avocado enchilada dinner and was pleased although she would have preferred less cheese in them. My son had the spinach enchiladas and he devoured it. We will definitely visit again when we are in the area.

We were treated and sat right away on a Friday 3pm. Place is a mix of new and old. They tried to make it fancy but last the lights there's nothing else. The server was very nice and prompt. They bring you 3 different salsas with chips. Food came out super quick. The food tasted good, mar y Tierra says is steak and shrimp but is a whole piece of fajita meat or skirted steak, not an actual big steak, but it was delicious and so soft it melted in my mouth. Beans and veggies were good, not a fan of the rice. Husband ask for spinach enchiladas and they were good too nothing to rave about but enjoyable.

Great enchiladas with Carne sauce aka chili it was great

The dining room is separated from the bar area. It has 10' side walls and open, high ceilings. There's a couple of TVs in the dining room and a couple of ceiling fans. There's HVAC vents hanging down and there are 2 mini splits. It's nearly 100F outside and it's comfortable enough (not real cool) in here. Our server, Penelope, was quite pleasant. She was able to answer our food questions and give us recommendations. They use handheld order taking devices. I like that. I had a Shiner Boch to start and my wife had a Margarita rocks - no salt. Both drinks came out lightning fast. My beer was nice and cold and her margarita was real tasty and not too sweet. For dinner, I ordered the smaller order of Fried Catfish with a side. I had Tots. The fish filet was large, thin-battered, crispy and hot. The tots side was huge, crispy, hot and tasty. A great fried food meal. Took some of it home too. My wife ordered the Street Tacos. She was able to eat 2 of the 3 and she enjoyed them. Their homemade salsa was good and it had some heat to it. We brought her 3rd taco home. Pricing was fair. Service was great and fast. Good tasted great. We'll be back to the Break Room.

Extremely pricy for what you get. The ten inch are small with large crust, so basically mostly crust. The 14 inch was extremely thin and border line over cooked. It was supposed to be a hot honey pepperoni. The description said mozzarella, ricotta, pepperoni and hot honey. The pizza had no ricotta and if it did have hot honey, I didn't taste it. Service was ok. The staff seemed very overwhelmed for the amount of people. They had maybe 5 occupied tables. One of my pet peeves of dining out is everyone getting their food at the same time. If you run a business that has personal pizzas as the majority item on the menu, you should be able to time them to all be finished at the same time so everyone eats together. Our pizzas were all brought out more than five minutes apart. The inside is nice and they have an arcade upstairs. We were going to check it out but the dining experience was so off putting we just decided to leave.

Bloody's were very good. Not sure what was in the pitcher, but they were not made by pouring out of a bottle of Zing Zang. (which I do like btw) This is in a very rustic, hastily put together space, and now that the problem child is gone. it is time for some upgrades and a makeover - as John has suggested. You have your proof of concept, now just dress it up. A suggestion on the sound. It was pretty much inaudible upstairs. I could hear that ya'll were talking - just very hard to make out the words. Which was a shame because I really wish I could have made out the Q&A Session better. I saw speakers everywhere - they just were not sending words to me. Not sure if it was better downstairs.

Once I arrived I knew I was right by the amount of Harleys that were outside. Some Custom some Stock. Even the parking out front was reserved for Bikes. If you like riding to Strokers in Dallas you will love Roadhouse. If you are in North Texas and you head here you will not be disappointed. From what I understand the establishment is under New Ownership. Management, from my experience is killing it. The menu has a lot of options and literally everything wa appealing. I'm a Wing guy so that was a given. Big Wings cooked and seasoned perfectly served with what might be the best hand cut Onion Rings I had in a long time. If I remember there were like five flavors and I'm sure there was no bad choice on flavors. There is also a Steakhouse from what I'm told serves a very good Rib Eye. I should also mention the Burgers were said to be the best around. The Bartender Jennifer was very nice and made some tasty Cocktails. They also had a very good selection of Beers and some that seemed to be Texas favorites lol. I had a chance to talk to the Manager Reggie who was a nice guy. He said they have live Music some days. The place was.complete with a Stage and an area for Dancing. He said Ted Nugent was there recently. Definitely it my thing but to each his own. It's off the beaten path but as I said a great place to go to get away for a few Hours. Next time I'm in Fort Worth I'll probably go again. Especially if I find a business that Rents Bikes. Still thinking about those Wings. Lol. Yallhollatchaboy'.
