Seriously, this is our family's favorite local movie theater. We always have fantastic family movie nights here, and it never disappoints. The hospitality and cleanliness make it such an easy choice whenever we're looking for a family activity. The chairs are incredibly comfortable, the theaters are always spotless, and the popcorn is consistently fresh and delicious with free refills. We've even had two of our daughter's birthday parties here, and the staff has always been so accommodating and helpful. I can't recommend this theater enough! read more

We rented theater for my son's 25th birthday and screened Interstellar. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Alecia, Brayden, Tina and Colleen! Although it was difficult to figure out how to reach the booking person, once the local management got involved it was smooth sailing. The rental for entire theater was reasonable and they offer discount drink & popcorn combo for party attendees. AND they are refillable! In addition they have a smallish party room (limit 30) with fridge and microwave, and seating/tables for about 20 which we utilized for party food and decorations. It was a great experience! Our favorite little theater! We have had two birthday parties here and let me tell ya they were a hit with the kids, years later the kids still talk about it being the best birthday party ever! Reasonably priced to rent the entire theater and they even bring in a table to do cake/cupcakes and open gifts before or after the movie. We also love just coming here to watch a movie. Always clean, love the free refills on popcorn and drinks! With such a generous policy we are happy to buy concessions. After all the concessions help keep places like this afloat and here for many years to come. Definitely recommend! read more

Tried to book a private rental on the website. It says rental is $100 for up to 20 people. They never responded so I called every single day, emailed and msg on fb with no response from them. I had to call corporate to get to the point of paying for the booking, when I tried to pay , the manager informed me they don't want to do this anymore, I will need to pay for every seat to have private rental. Well above the advertised price on their website. They get you in with the false advertisement and try to get more money when you get there to pay for it. Premier Burleson 14 has deceptive advertising and they were rude about trying to collect for every seat. $$$$ They told me that I have to pay for every seat or don't rent from them! (However, AMC Burleson ,their competitor, also has this advertised for $99 ,and they certainly did honor theirs.) read more

Really surprised to see such negative reviews. This is our favorite theater! First off, I love that the drinks and popcorn are self serve. Free refills of both and you can put exactly how much butter you want, you're not at the mercy of some attendant being weirdly cheap on the butter (my usual experience at other theaters). The slurpees are also in the self serve area! You can do half and half blue raspberry and coke if you want! The sky's the limit! This came especially in handy when one of the kids in our group accidentally dropped their slurpee the other day. No need to buy another one, just fill the cup back up. The recliner seats go waaaaaay back. It's almost too easy to fall asleep. The headrests are also electronically controlled which is really nice. You can almost fully lay back but still have your head propped up enough to eat/drink. Walking in most recently, it was a little warm inside the lobby. I was a little worried because we all know you go to the movie theater to sit in a nice cool theater, maybe bring a hoodie with you to be comfy. This is Texas after all, we love our AC. Well rest assured, once inside the actual theater the AC was cranked and it was a delightfully cool temperature in there. Other reviews mentioned it being dirty. Maybe because we always come on the weekends, or maybe because we frequent the rave theater at NE mall most often (which is almost always dirty) but this place seems to be kept pretty clean by my standards. My one caveat here I do have to mention, in the restrooms the toilet paper dispensers are so close to the toilet you almost have to sit on it sideways. This isn't going to make or break a review for a place but it feels fair to mention. The bar/restaurant on the right side of the theater is a nice addition I feel. Would make it a one stop shop for a date night! I didn't get to try it but maybe next time. read more

First and foremost I would like it to be known that the premiere lux burleson has been a great experience....cleanliness, staff friendliness and popcorn is great but MOST importantly I'd love to let it be known that especially...... (Alicia) the manager is the sweetest most accommodating hospitable young lady shes always smiling very professional considerate and very knowledgeable of her job if I could give her 1000 stars I would!....she very much sums it up when it comes to professionalism and great customer service and someone other employees could look up to as friendliness is key and we applaud her it makes every difference if I were her boss I'd give her a million props!!!... please thank her, let her know shes doing a great job : ) this is my go to theater no matter what because thats what brings customers back is people like her that make it a great experience as well as the friendliness of staff and cleanliness read more

Arrived at 915 ,first they had Kettle corn my movie was at 10 the kettle corn was already cleaned out when requested if we could get a new batch it was denied very disappointed . Went to the ladies room before the movie only one stall was cleaned . The rest were disgusting so far as a pad full of menstrual was on the floor maybe instead of trying to clean out the popcorn machines go check on your restrooms... when getting into the screen we had a line through the screen if your paying 11 a ticket can we at least get a god experience... read more

This is really 3.5 stars. It would easily be 5 if they would fix ONE thing. The prices are right, the theatre is clean, recliners are perfect, temperature was on point, but that one thing! The popcorn is too salty and I'm a salt-a-holic. I love the idea of all you can eat, self serve popcorn, but the last two times it has been so salty that I don't finish an XL container even 1/2 way. I'm that girl that can eat her weight in popcorn! I'm also the person that has eaten half of the popcorn before the movie begins. So needless to say, popcorn is a huge deal to me. So until they fix this problem, I will pay more for the movie and go to AMC. :( read more

Nice theatre. Huge screen, high amphitheater, great speakers. These seats recline pretty far, which makes walking down a row pretty interesting. If there's ppl reclining in the row in front of you prepare to hit your knee a couple of times. There are a couple of ticket kiosks that no one was using; everyone was in the ticket line. Great for me since I use Fandango. Pretty simple to just key in my confirmation code and get my ticket and move on. No line, no fuss! read more

Nice movie theater but I do not recommend going here for any evening movies. On a THURSDAY night the bar had live music playing that was louder than our movie and ruined the whole experience. We went to see the Green Knight, which we were really excited for, and the live music ruined it. Never coming back. Don't waste your money. We're pissed. read more

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. I am a resident of Burleson and have frequently visited this theater. I find that I have to go to AMC in Crowley to see movies with people of color as the stars. If a movie of color has a huge release weekend you will notice if it is a movie with people of colors as stars there will be very limited showings and very odd times. I see it time and time again I typically just go due to proximity to my home. I hate to see racial bias in the theatre or any part of the world but for a country that is getting more and more progressive this theater is going in the opposite direction. I am happy with the theaters staff, how clean it is, and the seating isn't a problem much either. If you look at my pictures you can see one example of this. Spider-Man released this weekend and has 5 showings while the grinch three weeks released has 10 as well as instantly family having an equal amount. If I thought it was about the theater being reserved then I would question things less but bohemian rhapsody has an equal amount of showings with over a month since it's release date. read more

As a cancer patient I was varry disturbed that they would not offer any acomadations for me. I have a cane it is next to impossible to do stairs due to the pain in my bones. When I asked they told me I couldn't sit where I could actualy get to. This will be the only time I will attend this theater. This is a place that is not worth what i had to do to get here. All and all staff was rude and unacomonable not worth it. read more

We absolutely love this theater. The manager Colleen is amazing. Our son has a very rare form of muscular dystrophy and every year we do a benefit this theater has always donated a prize package. We go to the theater at least once a week if not more. The staff and management are always so polite and helpful. I love the fact it's only 10 minutes away from our house. And the older movies have smaller quaint theaters that are normally not so packed. I have nothing but great things to say about the theater. And Colleen has been just amazing to me, my family and my friends. I love the all the theaters are digital. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. read more

One star because its clean and staff, not management, is courteous. After waiting for about a year for the release of The Avengers, my son, my niece and I went to Premiere 14 in Burleson Texas to see the movie. We opted not to pay an additional $7 each for the new Dbox seating (Some type of vibrating seat synchronous with the movie). When we got into the theater, there was only two (2) seats available with out the Dbox feature. There were four rows of the Dbox seats and only about 4-6 people seated in those seats. The seating attendant told us we were not allowed to sit in those seats and would have to sit elsewhere. There were no three seats anywhere in the theater, they overbooked the movie. I took my two kids to the Dbox seat and told the attendant that they needed to turn off the seat, I didn't want something for nothing. The attendant used her radio and called for a manager. We sat as the movie started. The associate manager, Colleen Mink, arrived shortly after and told us to move to other seats. I told her that there were no other seats, the theater oversold the show and asked her to just turn the seats off. Mink said nothing about the seats but told me that she would happily give us tickets to another currently showing movie. I told her that we paid for seats in the theater and had only this time as a family to watch. She told me "You re going to have to leave the theater"... as we waited for a refund, a mother and her three children walked up and asked if we got "Kicked out too". I told her the situation, as she stood next to me I noticed that her child, about 12-14 years old, was affected with severe Down Syndrome. The actual manager was dealing with her and I asked him how he could just screw with a woman with three kids and especially one with a disability. He refused to answer and both he and Mink acted as if they were the persons wronged. It would be amazing if someone reading this that has the ability to look into the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) and make some inquiries. Mink threatened to call the police on me for not showing her my ID when processing my debit refund. I told her that the young man standing behind her never asked for it when he gladly accepted payment, and she wasn't getting it now. The police arrived, agreed with me and I was refunded the entire amount. I will NEVER go to ANY premiere theater and will research what other venues they are associated. Thank You Colleen Mink, Dbox seating and Premiere Theaters....Find the OFF switch for when you screw up and overbook your theater... ya ain't getting the additional $21 from this American Citizen. read more

Finally went to see Captain America winter soldier and this theater turned it into a disappointment. No sound at all during previews which is part of the experience. Informed a staff member and said they would get it fixed which they never did! Once the movie started there was STILL NO SOUND! For about the first 5 minutes there wasn't a peep from the speakers! Was informed they would start the movie over and guess what they didn't! We spoke with the manager Colleen about it and she claimed to not know anything about the movie not having any sounds just the previews and since we watched the movie she couldn't give us any of our $60 hard earned money back! Only a free popcorn and drink next time we came...but we won't be going back there again!!! Don't waste your hard earned money here. read more

Nice theater, always clean with friendly helpful staff. I like the seats in their theaters because the arm rest moves up. My hubby and I can sit close together and not feel squished into tiny seats. This is probably your best option for watching a movie if you live in the Burleson/Joshua area, but they have so many technical difficulties all the time it's laughable. On the good side, you end up getting free tickets to come back when their projector doesn't work. They're iced tea tastes horrible too. read more

Typical movie theater. Nothing super stand out-ish per say. The snack center is an interesting set-up, something I've never seen before.

We usually are here once a week to see a movie. Staff is great, theaters are well maintained. My only complaint, I am deaf and require a closed captioning device to understand a large portion of the movie. If you are deaf, call ahead to make sure they have these devices charged and ready to use. Also, before the movie starts, have the Manager ensure the closed captioning is working in the beginning or it won't work. Last two out of three movies we've been to, nothing has worked properly. It's a waste of money when this happens but when they do work, I highly recommend this theater. read more
