Responding to your comment: That's your business strategy to deceive customers the second time they book a service and abuse people's trust. Since you are bringing up fairness, I'll mention how fairly you treated me. You burnt my entire scalp and my 24 inches long hair with above safely limit iron at 450F. When I went home, my head was on fire. My scalp skin started peeling off, and the amount of pain you have caused me is beyond words! You mentioned in person that you did notice the heat was becoming too hot and steamy and I asked why didn't you adjust the temperature, and you just smirked! In my consultation with other stylists, they said the heat temperature should have been kept at 300F or max 350F and that she should have known better especially if the client has repeatedly asked her to not touch her scalp and she ignored and refused to adjust the heat. When I told you in person that I am about to chop off more than half of my hair because of what you have to my hair, you looked at all the breakage, damage, and burnt hair and still said your hair looks good! This is the level of your dishonesty! Maybe this is a joke for you to play with fake, dangerous chemicals and mess with people's scalp and hair. read more

Sonia was amazing! My hair was very long and I decided to cut it short. I initially wanted a half bob and I asked her what will look good with my face frame. We decided to not go that short and ended up with a lovely neck length that had layers and great bangs! If I ever wanted to go back shorter she was more than willing to do that but loved what she said about how you can always go short if I wanted to do the half bob look. I am really frustrated that this salon does not work for Muslim women who wear hijab. This really pissed me off because I wanted to do my hair in a private room where no man are allowed, but I was rejected. This salon is not a hijab friendly salon. I am really angry that we are in 2017 and yet there is NO respect for other people's beliefs. I don't think it is that hard for the owner of the salon to make it possible for only an hour. She could have used the back room or the break room. However, she doesn't seem to welcome me as a hijab-wearing Muslim woman in her salon. She does not even deserve one star. I found her on Groupon and bought men's haircut for my husband. Since he works, I tried get an appointment on evening time or weekend but she said she only does color on weekend and is almost booked evening time for this month. So I asked to whenever evening time she have an availability, but she kept saying she cannot do evening time and insist on doing on a weekday on 1:30 pm. It seems no way to get her appointment fitting with my husband availability so I reserved with her 1:30 on Thursday. Since his work is far from her salon, he did work from home solely for her appointment. But she called my husband in last minute and told him her other client wants to change to his time so she has to cancel his appointment and book him to other time. How ridiculous is this! She totally wasted my husband's time. Sometimes we do get bad customer services but this one is not acceptable.
