When we showed up to order in person(815 pm) the young woman asked me for my order only to be walking in the front door (she was sitting at a table outside when we pulled up) still on her phone only to ask me to repeat myself when she got to her computer. I asked if they would honor the half priced shakes to which she said no. I understand that it needs to be ordered online for the discount but they had shut off online ordering(there was only one car being served and we were the only other one present) we received our food but it was not good. Well. All I have to say is the service was fine but I felt they could've been kinder. I also could NOT pay it made me get the app and I don't have much storage on my flip phone. This was a horrible visit today!!! Lady got my order wrong! I ordered 2 number 10s, and 1 number 9, al with a blue raspberry, raspberry and ocean water slushy. This is by far the slowest Sonic I have ever been to. Five minutes, during nonpeak times, to answer the call box. Nearly 15 to bring food. And that is pretty consistent. I was dissapointed with this sonic, the quality in the meal they gave us was just bad. My husband and I ordered the grilled cheese, poppers, lemon berry slush, and a blast. I understand days can be long and tiring, and customers can be a pain in the ass, I GET IT. But here's some advice to the employees who CHOOSE to work in such an industry: Suck. It. Up. Now with that being said, me and my sister went here two days ago for lunch. We got our lunch and I simply asked for honey mustard to go with my popcorn chicken. Is that too much to ask? Apparently so. The young woman that served us had an apparent attitude. It was in her face and body language. We waited TWENTY FIVE, yes i said TWENTY FIVE minutes to still get nothing. Why? After watching her walk in and out serving others AND looking my way on occasion, I decided she didn't simply forget. So i pressed the button at my service station THREE times (with about 5 min in between) Finally I decided she clearly didnt want to do her job and I had to be at class soon so I left. Now today, I went to the drive through lane and I the young lady working that told me their services were down and they couldnt take anymore orders. I said thank you and went on my way. Mind you I went across the street and saw 2 people pull up to one of the stations and put in their order and be served. In my head this employee was just lazy and didnt feel like working the drive through for whatever reason. And i say this confidently because one of the cars that were served pulled up as I was leaving the drive through. So there was maybe a minute in between. I do believe if I would've went to one of the service stations i wouldve been served. Again, it was probably laziness that prevented me from being able to go through the drive through. This was also during lunch time. There were plenty of cars there, at least 10. With that being said, this sonic needs to get their shit together. Hire better people. read more

Have been coming to this location a very long time (over ten years). Service has declined at each of my last several visits. One employee refused to give me my receipt. On another occasion the employee at the window turned around and yelled a series of expletives at her co-workers. Tonight was the final straw. Ordered a small shake, waited nearly ten minutes, while breathing the exhaust of the monster truck ahead of me. Upon reaching the limit of my carbon monoxide exposure I drove away.
