This is a specific shout out to your bakery staff and especially to Theresa. (Hope I spelled that right.) As someone with a neurological disorder, I forget things. Like ordering a cake for my wife's birthday. So the day before I wind up at the mercy of the bakery as she wanted a strawberry blossom cake only made at Lowe's. Of course, there weren't any made at the time and after calling two other locations, I thought all was lost. Theresa stepped in and said she would make me one and I could even pick it up after 4 that day as we would be out of town the next. I got there just after 4 and she had a beautiful cake waiting for me. Saved my hide and did so with professionalism and kindness. You should really work on your Panini sandwiches. If you're gonna sell Panini sandwiches, they have to look like a panini sandwiches. We use the correct bread but not the correct presser. I asked them to heat it up thinking the sammie would come back pressed and crispy... nope. also ... sandwiches had no mayo or mustard or sauces... missing all fat flavor. I just needed protein so I guess it served its purpose. read more

This is a pleasant surprise. Where else can you grocery shop and sip on wine or beer? I'd say the products, quality, and prices are comparable to Kroger. However, there are differences, such as sampling days, linking the points for gasoline to speedway, and donations for local schools. There are little things too, like snipping your own fresh herbs, selecting multiple potatoes to create a potato medley (or the same with tomatoes). It has a market feel to it. And there is huge craft beer selection with plenty of selections draught beer to fill growlers. This is a nifty place. I recommend you give it a try! read more

Have visited this location multiples times, and today will be the last. After repeated times of purchasing from this location, I have had continued attitude from the cashiers. Now, I noticed they will place the salmon skin up, not sure why? I went to cook a filet of salmon purchased from this store the NEXT day and it was rotten! How? It smelt up my refrigerator and had no idea it could be the salmon I JUST purchased.. will not be returning here. read more

This is a terrific store with friendly helpful staff. However being in this location with many military families I was shocked to see the American flag at half staff and all others at full staff above the American flag. I mentioned this on Thursday to the clerk who checked me out and tonight to the lady who bagged my groceries. She said she would let the manager know. Not that it matters anymore because the flag goes back up tomorrow as Mrs Bush has been laid to rest today. I hope you have learned a little lesson on flag etiquette for the future. read more

Store is nice, however, I was trying to get down an isle and two employees refused to move their items in carts over so I could get to items I wanted, they looked at me like I was doing something wrong. I got in line to check out and a cashier came to the person behind me and offered to check them out even though we had been waiting. After we finally got to check out the bagger walked away and I had to bag all my groceries with out help, I'm the customer, so rude! read more

terrible experience. I wish Southern Pines had approved this location for a Publix, a much better grocery. You love Lowes, drive to Route 211. This store almost never has the Wednesday advertised items in stock. Ask the manager, all I get are excuses. Guess what I don't care.
