Spoke with the granddaughter or a great granddaughter, working the register, of the originator of the business. Family institutions hold a place near and dear in my heart. And on top of that this seems to be the place to find just about anything you're looking for; if they don't have it I've got a strong feeling that the staff will help procure it. On pickup day, I thought my order would have been already counted out and ready to go, but none of the quantities on the cart they rolled out were sorted. The cashier was confusing me, scanning bottles and not setting them aside, asking what I ordered, when it really should have been on them to know that. It was very stressful and I ended up buying more than I ordered. There are still significant pros to using them- they have an excellent bulk order discount and the fact that you can return unopened bottles is great. Plus, you can't beat the selection. I don't regret using them, I just wish my experience was better and I hope they improve for future brides/event planners.

I will get his name next time, and there will be a next time, but for now let's call him the Yoda of libations. They have harder to find brands that some of the other ABC Stores do not carry. They also have up to date rebates for the penny saved is a penny earned type like me. I have great respect for efficiency, expertise and excellence and this ABC location has them all.
