Everyone is always so nice when I go there, and I love that you can see the cooks back there preparing your food. And definitely try one of their shakes,they are SO good! We opted for a to-go order today, but man, is this not one of the best burgers in town?! One tip: if you like your French fries well done like I do, I would recommend going with golden instead. I ordered mine crispy, and they were a little too dry for my liking. But overall, I absolutely love this place and will definitely be back!

The gyro was filled to the brim with meat and tasted so fresh as well, packed with veggies and sauce. The fries had a nice seasoning on top that added a nice flavor. I ordered a burger combo, but the problem was with the custard sundae I ordered (vanilla with toppings of cheesecake/brownie/cookie dough and chocolate sauce) After only a few bites I felt something off in my mouth and when I spit it out I discovered a large FINGERNAIL in it. This is horrifying. I called the place to let them know and the employee seemed annoyed I was even calling! Offered a refund which I didn't even want I just wanted the problem addressed! I told them not to serve the vanilla custard until they figured out how a fingernail got in there but she just kept getting annoyed and wanted to get off the phone so I gave up. I contacted the Tulsa Health Department about this place--so if any of you employees see this you better get ready for an inspection because this is NOT okay. I have an autoimmune disease and all of that nasty bacteria on that fingernail can get me very ill. My husband picked up the food for me when I ordered it online and even told me when he walked in there the place was disgusting looking and there was rotting food on the floor. Stay away from this place until they get their act together. Freddy's used to be great, no wonder they closed the other one down it's going downhill.

Not only that their steak burgers are really great as well. In fact, all the food items we've had at Freddys has always been very good quality, fresh, always hot. No surprises. This Freddys in Tulsa Hills is always very clean inside and the service staff is always friendly. One benefit of coming to Freddys, If you have a dog, is that they will give you a complementary pup cup of frozen custard when you go through the drive-through. Our poodle loves that.
