Double cheeseburger with an order of hot, delicious onion rings and a sweet tea.
    Donald T.

I went to try out this nice little burger joint in Mounds today. I've been told about it and how good they were but never ventured out to try it. I got there and it was empty but while we were there it began to fill up but not over packed by the time we left. I ordered the double cheeseburger and onion rings with a sweet tea and my son got a regular cheeseburger with fries and a lemonade. We sat down at one of their booths and it didn't take long before they brought out our order to us. I was impressed with how big the burger was, I had to wait for it to cool down a little before I tried to eat. It was a nice tasting burger and for the size I was full by the time we left. The onion rings were just right for me as well. My son really liked his burger and committed on it a couple times. I was thinking I should have tried a bite of his too. (Haha). It was a quiet little place with fast servers cooking good burgers and pizzas. I enjoyed my lunch and am glad to know this place is here. Give them your business when you're in town.

Squish Burger in Mounds is THE place for great food at family prices. Veteran owned and operated too! The absolute BEST burger around!

Burgers have meat. These are so squish and burnt it's pointless. They take one beef patty and make 6 paper thin patteys out of it

We love this restaurant!!! It is a family favorite for birthday dinners!!!…read more Chicken fried steak and burgers are excellent!!! Gluten free available on (I believe) everything!!! Restaurant is small, but outside dining available. You can phone in your order ahead. Order and pay at the counter. Wonderful service from the owners always!!!

We were on a road trip to Southern Oklahoma and I had heard about Cafe 75 many times and follow…read morethem on social media. They are known for offering gluten-free food but I am not sure if their whole menu is gluten-free. This was a perfect opportunity to try it out since it was a week day. We arrived for an early dinner so it was not busy at all. It was really quiet inside since it wasn't busy but I can only imagine how fun it is during their busy times. They are not open Saturday and Sunday. It is a small location but easy to find. As we stepped inside we were a little lost as to what to do first, wait for a hostess, find a table and wait to order or walk up to the small counter area to order. My husband asked and we were instructed to order then find a table to sit. I love a good Chicken Fried Steak so I already knew what I was going to order. It came with mashed potatoes and of course, gravy, plus a roll. It would be nice if another veggie was offered to off-set a carb heavy meal. My husband ordered the hamburger steak with mashed potatoes, green beans and roll. He later noticed a very tiny sign next to the register advertising pot roast and was a little disappointed he didn't see that first. Pot roast is his favorite. For dessert, he thought he saw coconut creme pie in the cooler but it was lemon meringue which he is not a fan. He settled on the pecan pie cheesecake that we shared. It was a surprisingly great pie. All of our food was great and exceeded our expectations. We would like to come back again so he can try the pot roast and I will order the CFS again. This restaurant definitely has a small town feel where they know their regulars by name. I would recommend it to friends and family.

You know when you kind of love a place so much you almost don't want the whole world to find out…read moreabout it? That was this place for me. I had noticed it before when visiting the Christmas Chute, but the reviews were a little mixed so we never gave it a try. Fast forward to this weekend when we got invited to a birthday at the speakeasy upstairs... and I'm so glad we finally went. First of all -- they're doing a great job with the speakeasy concept because I genuinely had no idea it was there. It's upstairs above the restaurant and you need a code word to get in. Since we were already there, we decided to have dinner first and the menu honestly surprised me in the best way. It's very much Southern comfort food, but elevated a bit. The vibe inside is eclectic and interesting. The staff was super friendly, and even on a Saturday night it wasn't overly busy. The new streets in Sapulpa look great now that the construction is finished, but because most of the parking is behind the buildings the street can look like a ghost town even when places are actually busy. Kind of a weird illusion. They start you off with bread and a trio of fresh butters which was unexpected and delicious. The bread itself wasn't anything fancy, but the butter definitely was. I wasn't very hungry, so I ordered from the kids menu (which I very much appreciated did not say "12 and under"). I got a grilled cheese and the waitress suggested adding a cup of tomato bisque. Yes please. Both were excellent. My husband ordered the grilled chicken and said it was moist and really good. They also have a full bar and a huge coffee bar, which I thought was a fun touch. Then we headed upstairs to the speakeasy and it's a whole different vibe up there. Very cool space. Also extremely eclectic. Think Tommy Bahama meets world traveler's curio cabinet. There were travel finds from around the world displayed in cases, parrot chandeliers, a baby grand piano, and a cheetah print pool table. It somehow all works. Live music was by Steve Lindell and he was fantastic. Two thumbs up. Bar service was great, just a little slow -- but to be fair I don't think they were expecting a 40-person birthday group to roll in all at once. All in all it was a fantastic night. If it wasn't about 45 minutes from my house, we would probably be regulars. But maybe it's okay if it stays just a little bit of a hidden gem.

The room upstairs for special events was awesome! The staff was great, attentive and experienced…read more We had a wonderful time and the food was good. Would definitely come back!

We really only come here because my brother and his wife like it and they live out here…read more That is only to say it is a little trek for us from midtown and it often costs us a toll. Oops! I recommend getting a reservation, especially at dinner time. We like to go right before the sun goes down because everyone claps, ring bells and cheer for another day gone! It is a good time. :) The food and drinks are good. What you would expect from a fast casual restaurant. My boyfriend likes the Smokey old fashion. It is a whole thing also with a lid on it at serving and then a bunch of smoke rises from the glass. It's fun. The servers are all kind and it is clean inside. You do have a view of the river which is nice.

First timer... Let's dig in - The jalapeño cornbread…read morestarted things off with a kick! 10/10 Warm, comforting and full of flavor. For my starter I ordered "Our Nice Little Salad" this beauty was crisp, fresh, and had tomatoes that popped in your mouth and bursted with flavor. The in-house croutons had that perfect buttery crunch, spiced pecans added a unique boldness and the homemade ranch was thick and creamy. I will say I had to ask three times for ranch. I just kept waiting. For our main courses we had the bone-in pork chop. Thick, juicy, and properly rested paired with red mashed potatoes.... Which were very good. The seasonal corn - was gone so quick! It was just so delicious. Ate that right up!! The shrimp scampi leaned heavily into garlic and butter in the best possible way. Shrimp were big, tender and juicy. Unfortunately my rotisserie chicken.... was very dry. I kept choking because of that. I was unable to eat it, that was disappointing. As far as atmosphere... very warm lighting, intimate feels, candle lit, steady energy, attentive staff. The dining room hums with laughter and happy customers... but without overtaking the conversation at our table. The volume was comfortable considering it was a full house.
