Service is HORRIBLE at this location. It's ran by a bunch of teenagers who play on the speaker when you're trying to order. I will say it's fast food so don't have high expectations, which idk if you should! First off I would like to say, we had our order repeated back to us, told to pull forward, and was still provided the wrong meal. I don't know if he's a manager or just an employee, this young man of Caucasian descent decided to take the meal that was incorrect and threw it away after one worker said order can be kept. Very pleasantly surprised! On my quest for a "better burger" I decided to try Sonic. The first burger was their $2.99 double cheeseburger. Wow! It was hot and fresh with melt in your mouth buns...and the ideal proportions of toppings. Next visit, I got their SuperSonic cheeseburger as I prefer my burgers with lettuce tomato onions and mayo. This is the worst drive thru ever. They are extremely slow. When I say slow, we waited in the drive thru for an hour. Then when you get to the window, they act like it is your fault you had to wait so long. The manager they had on site was a joke. I asked for something to drink because my mouth was dry from me taking meds and all the waiting. Did not want to do it. Wanted to charge me! Had the nerve to say we ordered drinks already. I love sonic happy hour! But this locations service has changed with their recent renovations. Now there is literally one row to drive into and park. The drive in spaces are usually full so the drive through window has become the land of lost time. My husband literally sat in line just to order 1 Funnel blast for 20 mins! I live near by and eat here often. Their food quality is inconsistent. Sometimes I will have a hotdog and it will be juicy and delicious, other times the hotdog is way overcooked, chewy, and disgusting. They also skimp on the ingredients occasionally. Sometimes when ordering a sandwich it is just fine, other times it's very messy and the meat is either dry or crumbling. Service is always lackluster, they do get the order wrong about half the time . Although I haven't had a total disaster experience with them yet.
