2 incidents occurred... A couple of months ago my boyfriend ordered a slush and got a long string of hair in it and yesterday we waited over 25 mins to get a slush for our way home? (We live in Fresno) so I pushed the button and told them it don't take that long to pull a freakin lever and to have it out in 2 mins and the guy told me to calm my attitude. Like really? I have worked in a fast food chain and if I EVER said that to a customer I would get fired on the spot. You guys need to fire your night shift and rehire. Lazy as all hell and rude. read more

I waited 18 minutes for q drink and they were not busy seem to be short on staffing on top of all that they got my order wrong.

First time here the service sucks and the food too...they screwed my order, the fries were stale and the chicken strips were burnt...next time I rather just drive to kingsburg!!!! read more

Very unhappy with the food. Burned and overcooked fries and chicken. Also they messed up my order, asked for hickory bbq boneless wings and got regular. Second visit and both times have been disappointing. I'm done with Sonic. read more

They take your order right away and girl was super nice but the wait was long !!!! I ordered 3 freezes and chili fries and chili dog...I waited 40 minutes!!! They took long.....dont ever go if you on a time limit!!! read more

It was a wonderful Sunday night and I just finished saving the world from alien domination. I needed an emergency drink and I just happened to crash land near Sonic. The way this place looks is fantastic. Much better than kingsburg. Kingsburg was so ugly and I wanted some ice cream there but I was sadly ignored. I pushed that cool red button here in Dinuba and the employee was understanding that I was not in a vehicle. I needed some water and even some ice cream and the employee happily helped me. Once he saw who I was he gasped and gave me my order for free since I fight evil villains in outer space. I will be returning to this place for all of my needs. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if it was possible! Poor customer service!!! Went to get a slushy and the lady comes on the speaker and says "I can't guarantee I can get you that in the next 15 minutes" when I asked why her rude response was "can't you see there is seven cars in the drive thru?"......... WOW! You best believe I let her have it...... Who talks to people like this the owner is clearly at fault for not giving other employees more hours of hiring more people. read more

This location is brand spanking new and so we decided to give it a try. We chose to park and dine but a drive through is available. I have to say this parking lot was already extremely congested because it's very small and offers numerous popular dining and shopping chains before they added the sonic so I can see this being an issue in the future and it was pretty packed when we arrived. If your not familiar with sonic their menu consists of various classic all American items (hot dogs, hamburgers, fries, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, shakes, etc) and prices are pretty average about 6$ for a med combo. Our food came out within 10mins which was completely understandable given that it's their first day open, but most of the established sonics I've been to have about the same timeframe so I don't see the wait improving much. Our food was fresh and the carhop was friendly. My extremely picky eater who is almost 3 absolutely devoured the grilled cheese much to my surprise (way to go sonic!). I ordered popcorn nuggets and they were more bread than meat so I was a little disappointed but the fries were hot and good. My other son got an order of mozzarella sticks and a candy slushy and was pleased with both of them. Overall it seems like a decent place to catch a quick bite so we'll definitely be back to try something else! read more

Wow I just paid 19 bucks for 3 LG shakes and they were only 2 thirds of the way filled up. And when they handed it to me they were all sticky on the sides of the cup, I had to ask for napkins to clean my own cups. This is the 3rd time I've gone and everytime there is a problem. I will not be visiting them again. read more

So I go there and order 5 drinks and an order of onion rings, ok so I'm waiting... and waiting... and waiting and then I check the time and I had been sitting there for about 30 minutes! I would understand if the joint was busy, but there was only about 4 cars there. After a while I guess the worker noticed that we had been sitting there a while. I'm going to keep this rant short so long story short they forgot what drinks had ordered or something because they had to ask all again. By the time they brought our food and drinks, the whipped cream on the shakes were melted and the onion rings weren't even hot! Not worth the time nor money. read more

So I need to update! And they lost a star because of my visit today. I took my nephews to get drinks for my family. We did order like 8 drinks but they weren't all different, it was the same couple of drinks ordered either in different sizes or with nerds added in. It was the first time through the drive-thru at this particular location. I was impressed that the girl spit back my order quickly and correctly before telling me to pull up to the window. So I was thinking they had this in the bag and I wasn't going to be blown away like my first visit. I get to the window and they give me 4 drinks, I had 8 and one sonic blast. They completely messed the order up and out of the 4 they gave me two were sodas (which I only order 4 slushes and 3 ocean waters) so another girl stepped in and started correcting things. They gave us the 8 drinks and one was the wrong flavor but my nephew was Like whatever I'll drink grape (he ordered cherry) we start to drive away and my nephew says OMG try this! It was so damn sour it made my stomach turn. There is no way he could drink it. It tasted like a liquid warhead candy. But we decided to just go home. I give the 3 ocean waters to my family members and one of they all took a sip and we're obviously dissatisfied. It was just carbonation with a blue color pretty much. I was done at this point. So my mom went back and got it fixed. But honesty I know I ordered a lot of drinks. But they weren't special or detailed in anyway. They were normal drink items off their menu. All in all they lost a star and I will stick to cherry limeade lol read more

Awesome store awesome! I am a regular I come just about every other day around like 7 or 8 and I am usually coming during a rush and sometimes not. My food may take awhile but I am always presented with attitude by a young lady. She is always hustling and trying her best to make sure I am happy. I believe her name is Lisa marie. She is always working when I go. She always gets my order right and makes sure I had a good visit. I've been to many restaurants in my life I'm 37 now and I have never meet someone with such great hospitality and respect she always called me mam' and answered with yes mam' she repeated my order. She was an overall good employee and a person in general. She's the reason why I come back. Thank you to whom hired this young lady. read more

Horrible service! I went through the drive thru, which was empty by the way, I tried placing a simple 3 meal order. I asked for a medium #3 with a coke. The girl working drive thru asked me twice what drink I wanted after I told her twice a coke. Continuing my order I asked for a #12 with a diet Dr. Pepper, again she asked twice what kind of drink. At this point I'm already annoyed at the fact that I'm the only customer here and it's taking me 10mins to order 3 meals. I get to my last meal which was chicken strip kids meal with a slushy, which she was able to complete with out any complications. I also added 2 concrete custard shakes. The girl repeats my order and asked if it was correct which it was after the 2 times I repeated what I wanted, then she gives me my total. I'm pulling up to the window, she comes out the side door stopping me asking what kind of drink I wanted for the kids meal because I confused her with the shakes??? I ordered the shakes after the kids meal so idk how she is confused? So I laugh thinking it's a damn joke. Nope!!! She didn't get it, so I finally get to the window, AGAIN she repeats the order because she was unsure, so I confirmed it was good which I didn't even care at that point. It takes 5 mins for the order. She didn't ask if I wanted any sauce for any of my meals. Whatever! I get home and my drinks are still wrong!!!!! WTF!!!! I will never go back!!! read more
