Customer service was nice. I just really wanted to show these fries lol. Each fry is tiny. It's okay to make a new batch, nobody wants these tiny hard fries y'all. Okay maybe some people, but you could at least throw some big ones in there. I got a peach lemonade with sweet cream. I think they just gave me yellow mellow or sprite with sweet cream though. I come here all the time and it's usually pretty mediocre service. But today was "let's waste everyone's time day and have no clue how to problem solve day". When I got to the Speaker the first mistake was made. The guy taking my order just told me my total before I was done ordering. I said I actually wasn't done ordering and continued to order my ONE additional item. They said "oooo ok I can get the done for you" . (In a rude tone) When I got too the window the second mistake happened the employee at the window did not repeat my order or total to me before they asked for my card. Rung me up and handed me my card back and then the third mistake happened. They did not give me my receipt. Which in all seriousness isn't a huge issue but could of saved us some from a future problem which I will elaborate down below. then they tried to hand me a bag of ice when I ordered a meal and some desserts. I told the employee that is not what I ordered and they replied "but that's what I rung up to your card" so not only did they not apologize at this moment they charged me for someone else's order. And looked at me like I was stupid. Then the fourth mistake happened. They found my order and relayed it back to me but the 1 item I asked for after they told me my total was not on there. So that had to be corrected. The employee at the window at this point was becoming slightly rude and irritated making it seem like everything up to this point was my fault when in reality it is them having the lack of communication,awareness, and huge lack of problem solving skills/capability. What should of happened was them just not charging me for that one item bc it is around the same price as a bag of ice. And then we all be in our happy merry day and I wouldn't be leaving a terrible review. But instead this happened. They charged me for my entire meal and the additional item they forgot. Took my card for the SECOND time and rung me up. Got my food and desserts and everything. But since they charged me for the bag of Ice i was Like well just give me the bag of ice bc I was charged for it. But ofc this turned into a whole ordeal with the window operator being a poopy-head saying I didn't pay for the ice only my meal. When I literally pulled up my credit card app and showed them the TWO charges. They still had an attitude and were Like "fine whatever it's here anyways" and rudely handed me the bag and side eyed me like I was some circus freak. I didn't even ask for them to refund me the money, just give me the products I was already charged for. But the person at the window is not capable of remembering how many times they charged a card or able to repeat an order or total! Also the receipt usually not a big deal but if they wud if handed me the receipt with my card boom proof of purchase. Just really a terrible experience bc of one singular person who could of made it all right with the correct attitude. Also loved waiting 20 minutes for the food. Got my soggy fries and sandwich. The workers are lazy and the lack of management at this location is awful. I've been there 3 different times at night and it's always something going on. On two separate occasions an hour before they even closed no one would take the orders of the drive thru or the pull up orders. About 8 different cars was there and left in anger. The last time I went there multiple employees was inside wrestling around and cutting up. They ignored taking orders once again. I won't be be there and I hope no one has to deal with that again. read more

I use to love going to this Sonic, not anymore the service and the people that work here are horrible. I know good people are hard to find but need to find some with better attitudes and some courtesy to customers. Wife and I went through the drive thru and there was 2 cars ahead of us and 3or 4 behind us. The guy at the speaker sat there for 10 mins. The next car went to the speaker and waited for 5 mins. We get to the speaker and I tell them what I wanted and she says we are closed. Why could not any come out and tell the people sitting in line for all that time? Then we drive by the drive thru and the girl taking orders was laughing thinking it was funny. We won't be back. Oh yeah and on the internet and everything else you look up it says they are open. Over the past 6-8 months this location has declined in quality. I check back every other month and it's still problematic. Earlier this year they had some of their screen order systems repaired and during this time they were blocked off (around 2-3 weeks) - but after the repairs were done they continued to mark half to all of the lot with cones making online ordering confusing. They still continue to not use the parking spaces - but now they refuse to even put the cones out, and hope you'll figure out on your own that your mobile order won't be coming out, and you need to hop in the drive thru. What's odd is this basically means their drive thru is smack full, and somehow still can take 45 minutes to get around the loop for your food, in which it will be consistently cold. I don't usually count occasional wrong orders to a rating, but when you wait to pull of from the drive thru window to check your food (because the lot is not open) and they get upset with you for doing so, I'd say it's a problem. Poor management/hiring is probably to blame, but this location just hasn't been able to hold even low standards. read more

We brought a whole baseball team and their families here after a game, but since it happened to be very close to midnight, they turned us away. Hello! The Big League World Series is held in Easley every year. It's not a new thing. How about you expect that you might get some late night munchers during that one week in late July. Out for the day with my son and he wants to stop at Sonic for lunch. We had two special orders and they were correct!! How refreshing The food was hot and was served quickly.
