The WORST Experience Ever... Ugh, I Loved It. Let me just say, if you're looking for terrible customer service--where the employees are cheerful, fast, and actually smile at you like they enjoy their job--then Sonic is the place to avoid. I pulled into the drive-in, expecting the usual soul-crushing service I get at most places, but nooo. These monsters brought out my food in under five minutes, hot and fresh, with a "Have a great day!" Like, excuse me?? I was trying to be bitter. Rude. And don't even get me started on the food. It was delicious. Like, how dare they make tater tots this crispy and drinks this customizable? Who needs 398 drink combinations? I tried three and now I'm emotionally attached to a strawberry peach limeade. This is unacceptable. Oh, and the carhop actually remembered my name. What is this, Cheers? Grandson gives the lemonade an 'A', I give the foot long a 'B+'. Service was fast and friendly! However, the chicken sandwich was over fried and dark like a burger. See the photo attached. I ordered a soda with no ice and of course it was 2/3 full of ice. WILL NOT GO BACK THERE, there are dozens of other options, but it was grandson's choice. read more

Over half of the order signs do not work.the first one I was at didn't even tell you it didn't work, but I sat there for 10 mins until I had to move off of one that was not mark as inoperative. Drive through was closed. Ordered a cheeseburger and a drink. Got the right drink and some onion rings. Not great service and the stalls are a mess. read more

As with everything else in Ennis, this place is garbage. Foods always stale, and will charge you for food without completing its order or telling you that their out of something that goes along with it. Why would anyone just want a pretzel twist without the cheese? Like I said, garbage. read more

Only Sonic worse than this one is in my hometown. Always out of the same items and the worst is that they skimp and cheat you on the ingredients. Ordered a blast and got just ice cream with maybe a tablespoon of candy. They said they made it "as required" but it's funny that no other sonic does that to me. read more

Nothing wrong with service here but the owners need to keep up the repairs on this place. Every since the tornado hit 3 or 4 years ago still damage to the back of place and the drive thru screen and speakers are always having issues. The other day the ac broke for the employees who already have a hot job. Otherwise a decent Sonic. read more

My husband and I just went they got our whole order wrong. We asked for a blue raspberry slush or and got a slush with no added flavor. We asked for buffalo popcorn chicken and got bbq. The whole experience was bad. read more

I mostly come to sonic for the happy hours. But they never seem to disappoint. I recently discovered that you can get a slush in the Rt 44 cups. CHANGED MY LIFE I will be going back shortly to fill my stomach with more blueberry slush with nerds tomorrow!!! read more

I have never had bad unfriendly service here, my order has never been wrong, but in the last 3 years they have gotten my change wrong probably 5 times(and it is never in my favor).
