I love coming to this Wendy's in Ennis, but the only thing that I hate is that of all the times I come to pick up my food through the drive through since I order in advance through the app is that I always wait in line for about 30 mins. One time I even waited 45 mins which I think it's ridiculous. I feel like they should put more ppl on drive through tbh because if not they will loose a lot of costumers. We shouldn't have to wait that long to get our food. I mean don't get me wrong the food tastes great is just the service that we get in the drive through is horrible having to wait that long in line. So just a heads up, if you are ordering through drive through make sure you have gas because if not you're going to get your vehicle stuck there. read more

10/22/25 this day manager/sup was on deck working. Her staff are butt faces. I waited for someone to greet me to take my order and here is what didn't happen. Short olderHispanic woman/girl w glasses walked from back to front DID NOT! say one word to me. Tall slender black girl walked from back to the front register, looked at it, DID NOT say one word to me, played around w her headpiece, looked at the register again and failed to greet me! I walked out. I walked back in w a white man, I told him I want to see if you will be treated the same way. Lo and behold, he was, the both of us stood there while the same lil short Hispanic girl played around in her hair walked over to the drive thru while we stood there. I just wanted a frosty, I dislike young people making my food in the reason I no longer attend fast food joints. They don't take the job serious and their customer service STINKS! I will not, repeat will not go to Wendy's in Ennis again. Please teach your staff when dealing with food to played around in their hair in the bathroom not when they are on the floor. I think restaurants should use hair coverings like they use to. I don't want stringy fake plastic hair in my food or touching my food. read more

There must have been a change of personnel here or something. This place is awesome. I was greeted with friendly service at the counter. Our food was delivered promptly, and it was hot, fresh and delicious. Perhaps most importantly, my order was entirely accurate. It was a lot better than the last time I came here. I don't know ow what is wrong with this Wendy's but they are the owest I have ever been to. I gave them two chances and each time in drive thru took over 20 mins. I was also the only car in the line. I don't know how a 10 piece nugget takes 20 mins to fry but this place has figured it out. Congratulations guys on being there slowest drive thru around. read more

Stopped to get a burger and use the WI-FI for work. Ramona greeted me and was delightful in getting my order quick! I noticed how hard she worked while I was there emptying trash cans and keeping the restaurant clean. Definitely will stop by again. read more

Wow! They have really improved since the remodel. We came in at a VERY busy lunchtime, parking lot full and 5 in drive through line. Service was so fast our food was ready even before we could get our drinks! Salad was all fresh no wilted veggies. Bacon on fries and sandwich was real bacon, not bacon bits. read more

The soft drinks are awful and out of tea in dinning area. Kind of argumenative when i politely told her the drinks were bad . She said they havent heard anything so get tea. I told her they didnt gave any so she pointed in direction of the tea. I told her again there was none over there so she told the manager i was complaining. Kinda rude bad customer service. read more
