I believe in customer service and giving the customer what they want. Mark this Sonic, because this is the FIRST Sonic in my 51 years that didn't do that! See? I like vanilla malts. I like them BIG (and my waist line shows it). Whenever I go to a Sonic, I usually get a Route 44 malt. Half the time, they say "32 ounce is the largest we have" to which I reply with "then give me a large and a small malt and a Route 44 cup" and they bring it out in the Route 44 cup. Today, in Gladewater, TX, i explained what I wanted, and they told me I had to pay for the Route 44 cup (no problem if that is what it takes to get what I want), but they brought out a large malt, a small malt, and the empty Route 44 cup. First time ever that this has happened. Really? Wow. I only come here when passing through. I guess I'll go to other Sonic's instead of this one. It was just a hassle to put the two drinks together in the car. this sonic is a disgrace to the name and to the town of Gladewater ,Tx. I have never seen such BAD customer service ! My coworkers and I have been eating here for years ,ordering ice cream once a week but never ever will I waste my money here again. Ordered 5 ice creams received 4,one was like soup with a banana flavoring but no bananas, one was missing and when I called to tell them the girl in the back ground screamed through the entire phone conversation. Went here ordered a drink and ice cream. It took 30 mins to get then rec'd my order minus the spoon for the ice cream and straw for the drink. Carhop went back to get the after 10 mins just drove off. Crappy service read more
