If I could give zero stars, I would. They can't keep help, so no one will answer the phone to take an order. If you go inside, the wait is ridiculous. I tried to order online to bypass the wait and could not use my BOGO code. I tried to use my BOGO coupon inside and the young man behind the counter insisted I had to use the app. My app wouldn't load this coupon and I've had other managers key in the code and make it work. I went through the drive thru tonight and waited 20 minutes for my order with no cars ahead of me! I did not receive the correct order and I was given someone else's order along with my order, so I handed the order back that was not mine. Once I got home I opened up my order and I was given the wrong salad/dressing and my soup didn't have any toppings. Lack of attention to orders! I ordered the Greek Salad. After waiting 30 minutes, and watching the staff deliver orders for 3 people who ordered after me I approached the counter and asked about my order. I then watched as the manager went into kitchen and start creating my salad. He then yelled at me to move away from the counter. After an exchange of words he asked if I wanted a refund which I said yes. Rude and apparently a lousy manager. Unless you have plenty of time don't come here. read more

We love stopping at Schlotzsky's for a light meal when we are traveling. We have been to several different locations all over the state of Tread. This is by far the BEST location!! The food was fixed too perfection. The customer service was excellent - pleasant, polite, accommodating. The young man who helped us was obviously raised by some wonderful parents and mentored by the perfect example of a supervisor. We hadn't been to a Schlotzsky's in ages, so we jumped at the chance to go while we were visiting family. Just as good as I remember! I got the Fiesta Chicken. The bread on Schlotzsky's sandwiches is simply amazing, and I like that their chipotle duce is flavorful without being overwhelmingly spicy. Service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was nice and clean. This is always a good choice for a quick meal, as even my weirdly picky kids found something to enjoy. Very expensive food. I was willing to pay more than $13 for a medium roast beef sandwich, chips and a coke,assuming that I would get an exceptional meal. Bread was cold and stale, meat was minimal and cold. Cheese was cold and the sandwich was bland. Not enough condiments, too many dill pickle chips. No napkins to be found anywhere in the restaurant. Always love lunch at this restaurant. HOWEVER, my wife and I stopped for breakfast at the drive thru. Simply ordered egg and cheese burritos. It was basically a teaspoon of egg wrapped in a giant tortilla. I could have just ordered a tortilla. I kept thinking, as i ate it, I would eventually get to some egg.
