THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC!!!! I travelled 8 hours to sonic and it did not disappoint! The person who took my order was energetic and I could tell she loved her job!! All the runners who were delivering the food were happy and interactive with the customers. The food really did look like the picture!!! I can't believe all the one stars! Just ignore the haters. Went here Saturday night (tonight) at 8:40. Said the order would be ready at 8:40 and waited over 20 minutes AFTER the screen said it was on its way. We pushed the call button finally and a teenage girl said that we told her stall 25 not 21. We said that we ordered on the app and never spoke to someone and put in 21 (which is the stall we were at) she then proceeded to argue and claim we talked to her saying 25! We never talked to anyone ! Only used the app! She was very rude and we demanded our order which she finally brought and everything was melted! Arguing with customers ?!?!? Seriously?!?! IGNORE ALL BAD REVIEWS!!!!! I just stopped by here after traveling for hours. As I was waiting for my food, I decided to check out some reviews for fun. Most reviews began to scare me, as I was mislead to believe this place was a disaster. Though service did take 30 minutes for my order, and the voice machine was barely audible when ordering, the food was Micheline star worthy!!! I ordered the double smash burger, and man was that thing smashed! It was mmmmm mmmm mmmmm delicious. And my Cherry limeade??? The cherry on top, literally! Highly recommend this sonic, there will be no other like it! Now, for the ambience...? Top tier quality. I could tell this sonic had a beautiful re-coat of paint from 1990. The screens, easily 4k quality. Service? I've never seen such happy and enthusiastic workers! Went out for a late night snack and sadly we landed at this sonic. At first arrival a majority of their ordering stations where not working properly. When we finally pulled in to a station that was working, Service was extremely slow. I know we are in a pandemic but the only thing that was socially distancing was my Buffalo sauce that was supposed to be on my Buffalo popcorn chicken.(see photo attached ). It is with a heavy heart that I say we will not be going back to this particular sonic due to the mediocre service. if i could give zero stars i would, the only reason they get one star is because of Mr. Will who was so nice when he brought my order. I ordered a small blue raspberry slush with nerds and a chocolate shake. 35 mins later I received a clear slush with nerds, absolutely no flavor added and a plain vanilla milkshake with a swipe of chocolate on the rim of the cup. I worked at sonic for 2 weeks. Working there made me never eat fast food again. We literally picked tater tots off the floor & put them back into the food containers. Hands down the absolute worst sonic on the face of the earth. Consistently getting mobile orders wrong that literally spell out every single detail word for word. They NEVER give you what you order. The 1 star is based on repeated visits to this Sonic. I don't ever write reviews but this place has gotten to me. They are very slow, I've waited almost an hour to get my food, only for it to be wrong more than once. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich and they got the chicken filet part right, but it was on a junior burger bun. I pushed the button yesterday, waited 25 minutes for someone to answer and when they finally did I placed my order and nobody answered back to it. I pushed the button several more times and nothing. I left and went to Krystal's, where they were timely and very nice. I mainly post this for the people that run this franchise. Do better!!! read more
