I made the mistake of trying Sonic again after long long waits and wrong orders, but it had seemed to improve until the last 2-3 orders I placed recently. The last mobile order took 25 minutes once I entered my stall number and waited 10 minutes before hitting the red button to ask when I will receive my order. The jumbo chicken was cold and the cherry limeade was not a slush cherry limeade. The time before that I also waited 25-30 minutes for my mobile order only to receive cold food. I really do like sonic but the service could do a lot better and keeping an eye on mobile orders would probably help as well. read more

After a bite for dinner, my girlfriend and I decided to come for a Master Shake for ourselves and her grandparents. Upon arrival, I noticed the stalls were not working so our drive thru wait was long as there were many cars lining up. While the girl at the window's attitude was pleasant, the Master Shakes were honestly subpar. My order was a medium Oreo peanut butter MS and my girl's was a medium peanut butter milkshake. While both were definitely not the worst we've ever had, they both had the exact same problem: lacklustre peanut butter. That's a little area of improvement that has a lot of potential! On the contrary, we did wind up with a free bonus small Snickers shake! That's the case of a good mistake (by which I mean do not go places expecting free handouts like this; business is business). Hopefully soon, the stalls will be up and running so the same employee does not have to be every ten seconds for customers to receive their orders. It is healthy to get your daily steps in, but not in excess. read more

I never write reviews because I work in the service industry, so I don't want to be a "Karen," but this Sonic is absolutely awful. The last 3-4 times I've been here, whether it's the drive thru, or the drive-in, I have never gotten my food in less than 45 minutes, whether there's 20 cars or 3 cars. It is the longest wait for fast food I've ever experienced. Also, I have never had a fully complete order. There is always something missing! Then, when I bring it up, it's almost an inconvenience to them that I asked for my missing item. I love Sonic, but this particular location is terrible. read more

We go to this location regularly and have never had an issue. All of the staff is always extremely nice. They will literally SPRINT to get things to you. Definitely feel as though their hard work needs to be appreciated and talked about more because they deserve a MUCH higher rating. read more

If you want an ice cream blast from here, one day it's good and that'll more than likely be the only time it's ever good. They advertise things with lack of knowledge of how it's made. I've been here to get "Reese's Overload" several times and each time it's been different. 9/10 times, the majority of the cup is full of just plain ice cream with just pieces sitting on the top and not distributed throughout. With hopes of getting the the rightly made shake I continued to order this and having to explain that I want it made right. It's not worth it, they will get over on you. Take the extra mile to go elsewhere. This is totally a "Reese's OverNO" ... I included a picture of when I guess it was supposedly made right with this little ass dollop of peanut butter drizzle. Went last night around 10pm to get some late night munchies. Two meals, two milkshakes, a side, and a drink. We ended up waiting for OVER AN HOUR. Our order on the screen said it was being brought out - but we saw the runner give our order to the wrong car and just ignore us like nothing happened. When we called back to the kitchen, the same runner said "we have no record of your order" and the manager came out. Once we explained our situation - he got incredibly frustrated and knew which order was ours, implying that he's been having issues with this employee before. He got all of our food out in another 15 minutes. Finally got home, incredibly frustrated, just to have incredibly mediocre food. Super greasy, no flavor, and the milkshakes were just pure ice cream without the mixins, and forgot our side item. Never, ever, ever go here. I appreciate the manager helping us out, but he was the only one with his head on straight. read more

I've had problems every time we've been here and it's never been a good experience. Ordered a slush and received flat soda, ordered a sweet tea and received warm water. Placed a $30 order, waited 40 min and was constantly told it's on its way when we never received our food. I go to this Sonic many times. I usually order the Sonic cheeseburger. The other items I enjoy the tater tots with cheese, breakfast burritos, and the drinks. I like how they have so many options for drinks. My favorites are the blue coconut slush and the ocean water. It does take around 10 to 15 minutes to get everything but I don't mind because I like the food. The employee's are kind as well. I ordered a sonic blast last night. It took about 25 minutes just for a blast. I had to press the button again to see what was taking so long. This location used to be decent, but ever since they lost the co-owner it has gone downhill fast. Customer service is a thing of the past as far as they are concerned now. The food quality and wait times are beyond extreme. When you order something simple it should be simple. Why should a simple drink order be screwed up so bad the drink makes people sick.
