It's a great place for ice cream but way too expensive for the amount served. I rarely can convince myself it is worth spending the money!

The ice cream was very soft & partially melted and there was a slight odor of rancid milk in the store. The two young people serving were handing the ice cream to us messy and dripping over the edge of the cups. The adult owners (maybe) were present. I brought it to their attention. I had a great experience here. Staff was friendly. I do feel as though they could use more staff. I have walked in with a 45 min wait because only one person is working. With that being said, I have never gotten anything nasty from there. This last time I even had the girl working pick what I got that was crazy to her and I ended up with mint ice cream, sprinkles, and kit kats. I would never order is myself but it was SO GOOD. Their mint ice cream was WONDERFUL and I don't like mint ice cream so that says a lot coming from me. I had a great experience here! We seem to have gotten a little lucky since all the tables inside were taken by a large group. The worst part of Cold Stone is the unpredictable amount of customers who can show up at one time. It has no reflection on quality of food or service because no matter how quickly they work- sometimes people just take forever to decide, and it's difficult behind the counter to gauge how their reaction would be if you just kind of skipped the indecisive person/group/kids to handle whoever is ready. "Customer is always right" = complaints makes efficiency a challenge. The 2 ladies who helped my boyfriend and me were everything I look for in Cold Stone employees: approachable and systematic. Start at the display of ice cream flavors, offer samples, ready for an order by hovering near the ice cream but not making it awkward by staring intently, and walk you through your order before ringing you up. His small (thank you for not making us say 'Like It' size) chocolate devotion and my coffee ice cream with chocolate shavings were chopped and mixed to perfection. I get nervous coming to Cold Stone because of getting over-mixed, melting ice cream. I trusted the chocolate devotion because Cold Stone chocolate is forever hard like rock. I was worried about my order, so I typically only do 1 mix-in to avoid a sticky mess. Employees were chill. My ice cream was still ice cream, and it was served pretty clean in its cup. The place was as clean as it could be with people seated. The cake display was lit up and sufficiently stocked. There was nothing to complain about from quality of ice cream to service. I came into this Cold Stone around 7:40 pm 10/6/21 and was ignored while I was standing waiting to order. There were 2 girls working behind the counter. Then another customer came in and the one girl immediately asked her if she was ready to order while I was just standing there. She kept glancing over at me looking like she thought she was real smart and smug by what she was doing. So incredibly rude and disgusting...terrible service!! The other girl working was nice enough to take my order while the first one was still waiting on the other customer to make a decision. read more

As a former Cold Stone Manager, I was shocked to see a food service employee with loose hair. I don't know the law in this State, but I doubt this is allowed. Also the waffle cones were so thin and brittle that they were basically useless for holding the ice cream. The ice cream was good, however we cannot recommended or return to this location due to the previously stated issues. read more

Wow. Way understaffed. Some couple decided to bring their 15 children in for ice cream. I thought it wouldn't take too long, but I was dead wrong. My husband and I waited in line for 20 minutes and realized the family with 15 kids was only half way done ordering. We ended up leaving because we prefer not to wait 40 freaking minutes for ice cream. read more

The current manager at this particular store was incredibly generous and kind. He made sure to greet you with a kind smile and did everything to make sure your order was not only correct or corrected, but he made sure it was to the perfection of your liking. The ice cream was great as usual, but the staff was exceptional. My husband ended up leaving his wallet at the store. By the time he realized it was missing, the store was long closed after hours. I called the number given on Google, which transferred to Mr Masood at around 11:00 PM and I explained the situation (my husband could not enter work for his night shift without his ID). Mr Masood called nearby employees to see if any available staff could meet us there. Cory waited at the store for us but unfortunately we got held up involuntarily. We called Cory and let him know he didn't have to wait for us. The next today, Mr Masood and Summer both got in contact with us, and Summer met my husband during a heavy snowfall to give him his wallet even though the store itself was closed for today. ordered a birthday cake online for my soninlaws birthday, when we picked up the cake on the way to the party we found it looked nothing like the online picture.at the party when the cake was cut it was a yellow cake not the devilsfood cake as described online.. when the store was contacted the following day they wanted me to bring the rest of the cake back. this was an icecream cake. no way to keep it after the party so it was thrown out. no help from store no response from home office. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON BOTH ENDS. read more
