The other food had great flavor, but was sloppily made and put together, matching the appearance of the restaurant. Ketchup on the outside of the bun and all over the wrapper. Broken bun...messy to eat. Condiments that were requested to be removed were on burger. Overall, it was the worst Braums experience we have ever had. With that said, if you've never had Braum's, you should...just not in Great Bend, Kansas.

sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes before even getting our order taken then sat for another…read more20 waiting on one meal and a drink. they focused on a bunch of people who walked inside after we'd already been sitting in the drive thru and told us we needed to wait and tried to make it seem like our fault they were short staffed as well. they didn't seem to care about the drive thru and on normal days they will make you pull into the mobile order parking and wait for a long duration. they also will get orders wrong by missing items or just giving the wrong thing. not very friendly although they'll try and act like it at times.
