Prior experiences at this Sonic had been kind of a fail--i.e. long waits, watered down slushes. but my last visit was pretty fair. Came on a discount coney day after by passing the gym (my stomach has a mind of its own sometimes). It wasn't very busy despite the special, but the notice I received about the special was received via text; I wondered if the non existence of a crowd was due to their non participation. Lo and behdold, when I asked about the special, it was honored! Waited in my car, uploading pics for my Yelp reviews when WALA! My order was ready! Let me start out with saying, this Sonic is the best Sonic in the entire Houston area. Mrs.Tish is fucking epic she has phenomenal customer service, on top of an amazing smile and a fantastic attitude. She has reignited my hope that not all Sonics suck now. My niece and I have been to so many Sonics, all of which cannot make my drink correctly. The drinks were above and beyond all of our expectations, she had fresh tots made for us and they tasted fresh. This will without a doubt, be our new go to we will be going back very soon. The drinks were great, but that's pretty much the only good thing I have to say. The fries were cold and stale, the tots were also cold, and the cheese sticks were not only missing two, but also not cooked completely and the cheese was tough. I had also specifically asked that there be no onions on my burger and ended up scraping them off of a burnt bun. I think the first error of the night was that our order wasn't repeated to us, and the last error was that we weren't given a receipt.
