It took an hour for me to get my familys food. When we asked for an update on it they pretend that they lost our food. Then they found it sitting on the counter and it was cold and melted. When we asked for our drink they threw the cups around and were extremely rude to us. The girl with the broken arm was super rude and disrespectful. I will not be returning ever again. read more

When going to this sonic in valley the girl over the drive through was nice and friendly. However our attendant (the person that brings the food out) had a pretty bad attitude the entire time. He came to our vehicle frequently asking if what he had in his hands was our order. It was not. This occurred 3-4 times. The first time he came to our vehicle and it wasn't our order I told him what our order was. I just got a small blast. We saw him in the kitchen looking at us and laughing with his co workers. We waited about 20-25 mins for just our blast. If the guy was nicer and didn't have an attitude every single time he came to our vehicle, there wouldn't have been much of an issue. I understand how restaurants are understaffed and how stressful it can be. Because of the really awful service and the wait time, I won't be back. Hope they get some more employees soon. read more

I normally drive to Lanette where the burger is good. Was happy to see one in Lagrange. Service was terrible, food was terrible, attendant was terrible. Overall experience was horrible. Will never visit again. Paid cash and waited 20 minutes for my change. Finally had to get out of car and demand my change. Attendant had forgot and didn't want to give it to me. read more

I really hate writing negative reviews, but I can't avoid this... Sonic is my all-time favorite fast food restaurant. And for the first few years it was wonderful. Quick service, good quality food, nice staff, but the past few times we've gone, it's taken 30-45 minutes just to get cheese tots, wings, and 2 drinks. They got our order wrong 3/4 times. The staff doesn't apologize or even seem to care that we've waited a long time for a simple food order. It's heartbreaking not to be able to return to my favorite place, but until changes are made, we will not be back. read more

I had been craving Sonic ever since they closed the one in my hometown. We found this one close to us, we have gone twice and it has not disappointed us! The customer service and the food quality is excellent. I like to eat grilled chicken wraps but we weary of getting one here because at other fast food places the wraps are sloppy, have the hard, inedible part of the lettuce inside, and lacking chicken. This wrap was eye appealing as it was tasty all the way through. I was also impressed with their Sonic Blasts (like a Blizzard). They mix the blast completely so that you get your favorite candy or cookie mixed all the way from top to bottom. We will definitely make more trips to this Sonic! read more

This might be the slowest sonic in existence. There is always something wrong, broken card reader, short staffed, etc. I am currently in the drive through and have been for 5 minites. It is common to arrive and receive this welcome, "welcome to sonic, we are having a great day, there will be a twenty minute wait on all orders". I thought this was fast food. read more

After waiting 30 minutes for our food, we received not only what we didn't order, but not even a free meal for our wait, even after bringing it to their attention The food we received was far from tasty, & the experience here is far from desirable. I live very close to the local Sonic and was wanting a Pineapple shake. What I got was a "Vanilla" shake with a few pieces of pineapple, very small pieces. Could not taste pineapple at all!!! Will not be back anytime soon. read more

I had showed up here after a long trip at about 8:30 p.m. and ordered some popcorn chicken with some fries and a water. The lady taking my order had gone over the order about three times and each time saying tots, and I would correct her and say fries. I sat there for about 10 minutes after watching other cars pull up and receive their food and ended up leaving before getting the food because the service was so poor.
