This location had been going down for a while. Currently the drive thru speaker you can't hear the staff making it totally frustrating. So today I thought I would give them another try and pulled into the pull up bay. After 18 minutes all I got is "we will be with you shortly". 5 minutes later I was able to order and then the real wait began. Sad because they could do more to protect the business. Number of staff is not the issue, this is clearly training and employees caring to be here. Also maybe make a rule they just don't sit on their phones. I WAS GIVEN RAW MOZZARELLA STICKS!! Had to get outside food because I was on my way to work. The mozzarella sticks were raw the dough was still wet, literally white and soggy and they were all glued together, falling apart and raw. If you ask your kids what they want from sonic, be sure to ask what they want from Freddy's too because you might get too hungry to keep waiting. A couple of months ago I came here to get a quick burrito - I love their ultimate meat and cheese burrito. But I didn't get to taste it - I waited at the speaker box for 10 minutes before being told to drive forward without my order even being taken. I just have up and drove off. During my time waiting I saw an employee get out of the passenger side of a car in the drive-in and go back inside (maybe he was on break, but during a lunch rush?) and also saw a woman without a uniform leave from the back door with a small child. I was ready to forgive that, but it started happening again today. Granted I only waited at the speaker for 3 minutes instead of 10, but I saw another car drive off and after several minutes his button was still flashing. He had been waiting longer than I was. As I drove off without ordering, it looked like there was 1 poor woman working all by herself. It's lunchtime on a Saturday - doesn't that constitute some more people working? I went thru drive in one evening..Ordered chicken sandwich only, small onion rings and a medium strawberry lime aid..Employee repeated back.....Chicken sandwich combo, large fries and a strawberry shake. Then said she couldn't hear me so to pull up to the window..Ok, now she has the right order..When they brought me the drink it was covered in red syrup..I asked him to please wipe it off,,He wrapped a napkin around it and handed it to me...Now I'm starting to get irritated.
