I was telling the woman at the window I had called and wanted to see the mgr. a second woman quickly came up and the first one asked what was going on. The second said it is another Karen. I was very shocked and embarrassed. How very rude and unprofessional this mgr was to me. Without a word I handed her the food. She snapped at me asking what did I expect her to do. I did not lower myself to her rudeness. I asked for my money back. After staring at me a moment she proceeded the refund. She never apologized for my inconvenience or anything. I left feeling sad.
