It seemed like a rather long time to make and order of - #5 with Unsweet Tea as drink and medium size - #3 hold the mayo (preparer must be color blind and held katsup with plenty of mayo) a half and half tea (that was strictly unsweet) at a medium size - And a small order of premium chicken bites with no sauce (kept asking what type of sauce). Should've checked the rating before stopping. We stopped on a Wednesday at 6pm, and thought it was closed because there was only 1 car in the parking lot. Quickly realized the locals must know how bad this location is. They were out of Fritos, Oreos, and cheddar peppers, which is what we were stopping for, along with several other ice cream toppings. We settled on cheese sticks, and they ended up giving us a medium despite charging us for the large we ordered. We thought about going back to make it right, but didnt want to spend another 10 minutes waiting. Whatever you do, do NOT order delivery through the Sonic app. Because if they can't prepare what you ordered (which in my case was burgers AND chicken, so like 75 percent of their menu), you won't find out about it until the driver gets there. At which point the Sonic you ordered from will refuse you a refund and you have to call Corporate to get it. Just order through DoorDash and save yourself the headache. read more

It's always super slow, but the ice cream is decent. The last time we went, I got a banana milkshake, and there was literally no banana in it. The ice cream was fine, but I was kinda pissed about not getting the banana... Whatever, it's a Sonic. As a former Sonic employee I was utterly disappointed. The patties on my burger were all dried out and old like they had been sitting in the burger castle all day. My coneys also had dry old hot dogs and the buns were not even steamed! My ched-r-peppers also came out at room temperature. Not sure what took 15 minutes to complete this order beings everything used in the order was already cooked and ready. Only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is that the place looked clean. read more

Just had the worst experience at Sonic. The food was absolutely disgusting--tasted old and gross. And the drinks were all sticky, like they'd been sitting out forever. I got my food in under 5 min so I'm sure they had the food cooked for a couple hours before they handed it to me. At least that's what it tasted like. I'm sure not all Sonic locations are bad but this one in particular is horrid, and it has been on the decline for a while. Seriously, don't waste your time or money here. I'm never going back, and hopefully, enough people complain so they shut this place down. Find somewhere better to eat! read more

Today, there are Orange traffic cones in about 7-8 of the bays...so, I assume those are out of order, so I pull into one that is "open"...it's SONIC, after all! I push the red button and a curt female voice says something unintelligible and cuts off! I ask what did you say, but she's gone! I wait a bit and push the button again...same thing, it wasn't an electronic problem, it was a rapid speaking, half-hearted attempt at English, saying something that was not to be understood...so, I went to the drive thru and asked the same voice, what she said, that I could not understand? The app almost never works at this location, half the time they're closed when they should be open. From what I've seen there is only one employee who doesn't have an absolutely horrible attitude, the lack of customer service is atrocious not to mention they don't care. 9/10 times I go my order is wrong. I ordered a Diet Coke and a diet Dr Pepper through the app the Diet Coke was not only not diet but regular coke it also wasn't even filled all the way. Very disappointing do better guys! read more

Don't have hardly any employees. The open times are incorrect on google, if they're ever open at all. You can get your food faster at a steakhouse. 20 minute wait time on some ice cream with 3 customers in the entire lot. Ice cream slushes are ice cream flushes. Down the toilet. Worst Sonic thus far.
