Everything was so delicious and surprisingly clean considering there was a little group of kids that left before we got in but the staff was quick to tidy up! Never heard of it before but it instantly reminded me of the strawberry shortcake ice cream you would get from the ice cream truck that drove through the neighborhood! So good! For a small stuffed snowball with a little condensed milk on top, it came out to nearly $5, which feels a bit steep for New Iberia. If the prices were a little lower, I'd probably stop by much more often when I'm in town. That said, the quality is excellent, and it's still one of my favorite places to grab a snowball. I called and told them that there was whipped cream icing on the cake and I did not order that because I do not like whipped cream. They informed me that they changed from the old icing to the whipped one. I told them I was not informed that they use whipped icing now. She told me that they do not tell you they use the whipped icing. I then replied if I was told this then I would not have ordered the cake. I preceeded to asked if I can get a refund or another cake with the correct icing. The owner said that she could not refund my money or take the cake back because we had taken a slice from the cake. I informed her that how would I have known it was the wrong icing if I had not tried it. I told her that I would have even taken a store credit. The owner was rude and refused to do nothing.
