Honestly, we used to really enjoy this sonic but it's gone so down hill. The service is always really rushed (cutting you off as you order) and mistakes are in the order nearly every time. Today when I came it was impossible to hear or communicate via the intercom, they were out of ranch (so i asked for honey mustard), they forgot the sauce and rang me up at the wrong stall. This Sonic location has always served decent food. I ordered online on Tuesday after 5pm to take advantage of the 1/2 price burgers. I'm giving 2 stars because the food was prepared exactly as ordered. When I got home and plated the burgers I discovered that the burgers were burnt to a crisp around the edge of the meat. Even one of the buns had a big burn mark across it. The meat tasted "off" and I don't know if it was because it was burnt or because it had been taken off the grill and back on again in an attempt to use it later as orders come in. Either way, the meat was not fresh. I have been going to this location for almost 20 years and it will probably be another 20 before I go back. It's sad really, because I have always loved Sonic. Unfortunately the food at this location has continued to go downhill over the past few years. read more

None of the cups were marked, so we had to taste test them all to figure out which was which. The problem was they were all barely flavored!!! The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Sat in the drive through for 20min before my order was taken. Each car sat at the ordering screen for at least 5 minutes before each order was taken. They would take one order, the person will drive up and pay, sit there and wait for their food for a while, drive off and then they will take the next person's order. 25 minutes to sit in line and get your food is not acceptable. I agree with Jennifer J this has to be least busy sonic in the Northland. Even at lunch hour it's still not overcrowded. This is just a block away from my office so I'm a frequent visitor during the drink happy hour when you can get a route 44 at half price. They also have good hot dogs and tater tots. Service is excellent and super fast. Whether you go through the drive-through or pull into one of the stations, your food and drink are always out quickly. No matter who brings it out, all of the employees are very friendly. If you stay at one of the stations and eat your meal there's usually at least one if not two people that come up an offer you a mint, condiments or to bring you anything else that you require. This is definitely my favorite sonic because of the service, food, quickness, and good experience. read more

Ugh awful. Driving across country and a coney sounded good. It's 9pm and were only the second car parked in a stall, one lady at the walk up order and 3 cars in the drive through. We hit our button to order and it takes 17 minutes for a response. My husband needed to use the restroom during the 17 minute wait and the bathroom was locked. It took him 10 minutes to get an employee out to unlock it. And then there was no soap. Thankfully there was hand sanitizer. Food comes out and were missing marinara for our mozzarella sticks (we asked for extra) and two forks that are standard with coneys. So we had to walk up to the door and wait for these items. The food was awful. Hotdog was rubbery, bun was hard and stale, and the chili was closer to a black color than a reddish brown like it normally is. Fries were rubbery and cold. Thankfully the Coke was good. We go to leave and can't find a trash can on our side of the restaurant at all. So we have all of this trash since we didn't eat but one bite of that "coney" and two fries and find the only drive up trash can and its overflowing with Beer cartons. We end up taking the trash to a gas station four miles away. Completely unacceptable. I would've demanded a refund but was annoyed with the experience and wanted to get back on the road for the remaining 17 hours of our trip.
