Honestly, we used to really enjoy this sonic but it's gone so down hill. The service is always really rushed (cutting you off as you order) and mistakes are in the order nearly every time. Today when I came it was impossible to hear or communicate via the intercom, they were out of ranch (so i asked for honey mustard), they forgot the sauce and rang me up at the wrong stall. Just overall a bit of a mess. read more

Shay helped us and was so patient when ordering in the drive through! She then had our drinks ready and hand delivered them to our car so we could leave quicker!! She was so sweet the whole way through. The cherry on top? These are the best cherry limeades we have had from Sonic in a long time! read more

This Sonic location has always served decent food. I ordered online on Tuesday after 5pm to take advantage of the 1/2 price burgers. I'm giving 2 stars because the food was prepared exactly as ordered. When I got home and plated the burgers I discovered that the burgers were burnt to a crisp around the edge of the meat. Even one of the buns had a big burn mark across it. The meat tasted "off" and I don't know if it was because it was burnt or because it had been taken off the grill and back on again in an attempt to use it later as orders come in. Either way, the meat was not fresh. I have been going to this location for almost 20 years and it will probably be another 20 before I go back. It's sad really, because I have always loved Sonic. Unfortunately the food at this location has continued to go downhill over the past few years. read more

Slower than molasses. 3 straight times I haven't even gotten an order. 1st time was because of a blown transformer right as I ordered, but trip 2 and 3, nobody even took our order or even told us they would be right with us (tried ordering from the patio). Just looked at us through the window with no acknowledgement. Done trying to order anything there. read more

We to this Sonic last Friday Feb 24t at rounding 6:00pm. Wa very disappointed in our order.Two orders of onion rings were burnt, both sandwiches were cold and bacon on BLTwas burnt. Ordered a Butterfinger Blast, few pieces of Butterfinger were on the top was more even mixed into the blast. Person at the window was very nonchalant about order, seemed not to care about our order, at the cost of 41.00 it was very disappointing to say the least. read more

Went there for lunch Friday 10/20/2023. Was told at the drive thru that they were not taking orders @ this time unless I had called ahead w/ door dash? What? It is 12:45 on a Friday afternoon. They had previously burned food & gave me someone's else's order the last couple of times I had been there & hadn't been back for awhile. This is probably one of my favorite locations. The staff is cool and they have great customer service. I'm usually there in the morning, but no matter what time of day it is, I've seen this location stay busy all throughout the day, but they know how to handle the long lines well. read more

We placed an order online for 2 large flavored waters and 2 large flavored sprites. It took FOREVER for them to bring them out. They all look the same because they are water and Sprite. None of the cups were marked, so we had to taste test them all to figure out which was which. The problem was they were all barely flavored!!! So, we waited FOREVER basically for 2 waters and 2 Sprites. SO DISAPPOINTED!!! read more

The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Sat in the drive through for 20min before my order was taken. Each car sat at the ordering screen for at least 5 minutes before each order was taken. They would take one order, the person will drive up and pay, sit there and wait for their food for a while, drive off and then they will take the next person's order. 25 minutes to sit in line and get your food is not acceptable. The lady was very nice and I feel bad for her because they are probably very short staffed but Sonic or the owners needs to do something about this. I will not be back. read more

Slowest sonic ever. I placed a mobile order and spent 20 minutes waiting in the stall. I hit the button to ask for my order status and no one answered. I would have left at that point but I already paid through the app. So then I had to go through the drive thru and wait another 15 minutes to finally get to the window. Horrible experience! People shouldn't have to wait over 30 minutes at a Sonic! read more

This is my go to sonic, so I'll change my review eventually buy today was just sad. The lady that took my order was extremely rude and each time she asked me to repeat my order I never sounded frustrated, but she was getting frustrated with me. It took my order about 8 minutes to come out -I just ordered a kids meal and they weren't busy. A manager brought my order to me, and she said I hasn't paid when I did pay with my card, again she seemed frustrated. I had a tip ready to give, but for the first time ever I kept it and this is why --I've worked at sonic and I currently work in a food establishment (Starbucks) and it is across the board NOT OKAY YO WEAR NAIL POLISH OR HAVE ACRYLIC NAILS. It is a MAJOR health violation and miss manger had bring pink fake nails on. Sorry honey, but if you can't follow a health standard, especially if you are in a leadership role, you don't deserve your title, let alone a tip. read more

I agree with Jennifer J this has to be least busy sonic in the Northland. Even at lunch hour it's still not overcrowded. This is just a block away from my office so I'm a frequent visitor during the drink happy hour when you can get a route 44 at half price. They also have good hot dogs and tater tots. Service is excellent and super fast. Whether you go through the drive-through or pull into one of the stations, your food and drink are always out quickly. No matter who brings it out, all of the employees are very friendly. If you stay at one of the stations and eat your meal there's usually at least one if not two people that come up an offer you a mint, condiments or to bring you anything else that you require. This is definitely my favorite sonic because of the service, food, quickness, and good experience. read more

Compared to every other establishment in the world Sonic scores pretty low. Compared to every other Sonic in the world, this one is about as bad as it gets. I would just avoid this place and thank me later for you not getting diabetes. The line takes an unreal amount of time to get through and in the end they will just mess up your order anyways. It's pretty terrible. read more

Worst service ever! We had to wait twenty minutes for our food and they forgot to bring out my cherry limeade. We were told there was only two people working but when we went up to the door to get our food there was five people in there and only one of them was running food. The girl who gave us our food was very polite though and apologized for the poor service. We will not be back to this sonic location. read more

Ugh awful. Driving across country and a coney sounded good. It's 9pm and were only the second car parked in a stall, one lady at the walk up order and 3 cars in the drive through. We hit our button to order and it takes 17 minutes for a response. My husband needed to use the restroom during the 17 minute wait and the bathroom was locked. It took him 10 minutes to get an employee out to unlock it. And then there was no soap. Thankfully there was hand sanitizer. Food comes out and were missing marinara for our mozzarella sticks (we asked for extra) and two forks that are standard with coneys. So we had to walk up to the door and wait for these items. The food was awful. Hotdog was rubbery, bun was hard and stale, and the chili was closer to a black color than a reddish brown like it normally is. Fries were rubbery and cold. Thankfully the Coke was good. We go to leave and can't find a trash can on our side of the restaurant at all. So we have all of this trash since we didn't eat but one bite of that "coney" and two fries and find the only drive up trash can and its overflowing with Beer cartons. We end up taking the trash to a gas station four miles away. Completely unacceptable. I would've demanded a refund but was annoyed with the experience and wanted to get back on the road for the remaining 17 hours of our trip. I'll be sure to contact corporate when I'm home this weekend. read more

A few years ago, Betty Rae's closed its shops, and there was real concern that the brand might disappear for good. Then Matt Shatto of Shatto Milk Company rode in on the proverbial white horse, revived the brand and began expanding it again. I clearly need a few more visits to work my way through the flavor options. When you first walk in, you'll see wooden blocks displaying flavors. Those are just some of the classics that are always available. The big menu behind the freezer cases is where the real decision-making begins. And if you can't decide, the staff is more than happy to let you sample your way through the case. As someone who considers chocolate chip cookies and cookie dough their own food groups, I went with the Cookie Dough. What stood out most was the texture. It was incredibly rich, dense and creamy, almost closer to frozen custard than traditional ice cream. My niece, who is a far more experienced Betty Rae's customer, swears by the Lavender and Caramel combination. I'm not sure I would have ever put those two together, which is probably another reason I need to go back. And Betty Rae's is about more than what's in the cup. The River Market shop has a comfortable, funky personality that fits the neighborhood perfectly. The servers were exceptionally friendly, and even the music is part of the experience. They have a few featured floats that they are pushing and i chose the"Wake Me Up" with draft Root Beer, coffee ice cream, whipped cream and a several chocolate espresso beans on top. A perfect way to jump start my early afternoon. The place has seating for about 8 and has pricing that is fair - my 1 scoop 12 oz was $3.99. Eager to return for The Boy Scout - Peach Nehi and vanilla ice cream, or to create my own decadent combination.

I've came to this restaurant with high expectations after my friend recommended me…read more My feelings went to the floor... The service was attentive and the lady was very courteous and polite. The problem is the food, the flat rice noodle plate was bland and the massaman curry ingredients used were awful... I couldn't even eat the chicken because it was hard like rubber and the potatoes looked like they were there 4 days... I really think the curry was fresh but they've used old ingredients. (as you can see in the photo) The only good thing was the lettuce wrap, even thought the lettuce wasn't cut properly for the dish as you can see in the photo. When I've talked to the lady host/waitress she didn't care at all, put a funny face. Of course, to charge... They charged me complete bill even thought she noticed that I didn't eat the chicken or the potatoes from the massaman curry. I'm sorry but this was my first and last time in this restaurant.
