No drive through, half of the order kiosks didn't work. On the one kiosk I did order from, the credit scanner didn't work. Many employees cleaning but none of them acknowledged me. Room 15 mins from when I ordered for the food to come out only after another customer flagged down an employee for me. Pretty much, I only go here when it is too early to get a hamburger from somewhere else, the Waffle House is crowded, or I can't drive all the way to Whataburger. The food isn't good and they seem to always be under staffed. But if you crave a hamburger that you have to wait 30 minutes for, a cold bun, a cremated patty, and fries fried hard as rock candy then this is the place for you. read more

After I pushed the red button for service, I saw the team leader/assistant manager turn the machine off to avoid taking my order; I pressed the button for service multiple times and she turned it off multiple times. After 3 minutes of pushing the button she finally acknowledged my order, which were 2 drinks only. I had to end up waiting 16 minutes just to get my drinks. We just ate here. My mother's burger had a long black hair in it. No on top literally in the burger. When speaking with the manager she stated" they have a male cook." Insinuating we put it their. No mam we did not do that we all have short hair. While talking o her I noticed she had long black hair with no hair net working in the kitchen bagging orders. She did offer to remake another burger. If I order more than 1 item it's 100% going to be wrong... for an example I ordered a super sonic bacon double cheeseburger plain and they forgot the bacon.... the woman asked did I order it with bacon and I read off the receipt.... she comes to my car and takes 10 min recooking it and one again HAS NO BACON!!!!!!
