The ONLY reason I'm giving this location 1 star is because I can't give it ZERO stars. I was there at 4:20. Placed online order but got a message "not accepting online ordering at this time" so I go to two different stalls neither one of them are in working order. I go to a third stall and find out that their credit card debit card machine is not working cash or cash app only. Cash app was to be paid to the manager. That's pretty sketch. So I find cash in my wallet and she brings my drink at 4:32 and she tells me I can't have the happy hour price because happy hour ended at 4:30. I asked her to ask the manager to give me happy hour pricing since it was failure on their equipment as the reason the time ran out and he said "no". Literally ordered a large mozzarella stick and a medium slushie. The guy repeated the order to me. The order comes with a small order instead of large I told them I ordered a large and they said the computer wouldn't let them select large and they would just give me the difference for free then came back and said they couldn't give it to me for free I'd have to order another which would have made me pay double. I am a big, No, Huuge fan of Sonic, I almost go to sonic every other day. I love most of the items on the menu. The Hamburger is still on top of my list of Best hamburgers ever. The breakfast burritos are suuper! The Coffee tastes just perfect, and better than Starbucks in my opinion The only down side to it, is 8 times out of 10 they get my order all wrong and messed up in this branch, and this is my only negative feedback about this sonic place. read more

I go to Sonic several times a week. The service given when order is taken is rude. Today I ordered two soft pretzels and requested the sweet glaze dip instead of the cheese dip. I was told no. I said my grandkids didn't like the cheese and asked for the other. I was told it was policy you could only have the cheese. Policy????!!!! Then my order total was 6.64. I gave her 10.04. The Odessa Texas Sonic is horrible!!!!! I ordered There Large sonic cheeseburger meals and two large shakes, first it took 25 minutes and they were not busy at all, it was in the evening. The food was cold and when the young man handed me the shakes one didn't have the lid on probably and it dumbed in my car and all he offered was some napkins. Not to mention this young man must not like his job cause I have never seen someone walk so slow and looked around at everything else he wasn't paying attention to his job. I have been a faithful consumer of sonic for 25 years. This is by far the worst one I have ever been to. It took almost 25 minutes to to get a response after pressing the button. Once we finally got our order, it was completely wrong. It took another 20 minutes to fix and only got brought out because we had to push the red button again! want to take the time to say that a custard concrete should not take 18 minutes to be made when its not really packed there. I had to call the button to ask why people were ordering chili dogs next to my car and getting a full familys meal delivered before i could get to small frozen concretes. This is absurd and especially for what prive they cost. By the time they arrive at the car they are not really concrete anymore but more like a putrid porrage. I am sure this is a waste of time as it always is if i just call the damn manager and still never get my order correct or in anywhere near quality it should be. I don't ever write reviews but this was such a horrible experience I can't not write one. First off we got there at the same time as two other customers and they both had their orders and left before someone even answered the intercom for us to order. This is about 10 minutes after we arrive only to be answered by the employees inside deciding to play intercom-tag with us while we are trying to order. They continue to laugh and talk so loud in the background that we have to repeat ourselves and have them repeat themselves a few times before we thought the order was right. WRONG. They bring us our order with two of our items incorrect and the girl begins to give us attitude as if we did something to get it wrong. We ask for a sauce that they clearly have but the girl insists they only carry ranch. My husband took a bite of his meal only for it to taste like it was old or had been sitting out for a couple hours and dried out. The manager reimbursed us and we found out that they do have the sauce. So either she lied, is lazy, doesn't know that you go and ask if you don't know the answer or just had something against us from the get go. Oh and the people that pulled up next to us after we had ordered our food, left before we even got ours. We didn't even order that much or anything hard to make. read more
