We were hoping that maybe for once this place would not disappoint us but as always, their service and quality of food was below standard (for fast food). The vegetables on our burgers were very old and the patty tasted like it had been sitting there for days. They show no desire to improve their store. Do not recommend this place. The employees have air pods in their ears while trying to take orders so they can't hear you the first time and you have to repeat your order atleast 3 times and they still get it wrong. The food is always wrong. read more

When this Sonic opened it wasn't very good. We didn't eat here very much. But today we decided to give it a try. I'm so glad we did. The lady that took our order was super sweet and friendly. Our order came out super fast. The man that brought our order out was very nice. He had to run my card at another stall and it didn't even seem to bother him. This was the worst experience I've ever had at Sonic. I ordered on the outside through the speaker. I had to repeat a few times. No total or preview of my order was given. When it came out, it was wrong. Also, the bread that was used was so old and stale that I couldn't even bite into it. The chicken used was like rubber. I go to Thai Sonic here in west Odessa off of University St. I've ordered #6 chilly cheese coney several times and almost every time they give me the #7 foot long chilly cheese coney. Well it happened yet again today. I told the young man that's not what I ordered. I told him what I ordered and he said that what it is the foot long coney. I sat there 14 min, pulled up to the window never came to the window even though they did see me.
