App allows you to select sauces with food items. It doesn't limit it. You pay through the app. The ticket the store has on bag for your order shows the sauces but the staff choose ONE sauce for you. When the missing sauce request is made, the staff then tells you that you have to pay extra even though it is on your paid order ticket attached to the bag. This creates an unnecessary negative customer experience to get lectured by staff on a mystery rule-set. Fix your app and ordering system. read more

On 8/8/2025 my wife wanted to go to Sonic. She got a cheeseburger and it was good. I decided I would try the "Chicken Bites", since Sonic did not have the Chicken Strip Dinner with the gravy that was really good and we used to always get. Got the meal to go and when we got home and opened the bag the Chicken was way overdone, was almost like mini-charcoal briquettes. If I was the cook I would have never given them to anyone, should have gone in the trash and that's where they went in my garbage can!. This is about the only sonic I will go to now except for the one in Clarksville... yes, sometimes my order is wrong and yes, sometimes something is missing and I have to call them to bring it back out to me, but Francisco is always smiling and is always as nice as he can be. He always remembers who you are and he works his ever loving ass off because he's usually there by himself. He's taking the orders and bringing them to the car!! This location is always nice. I frequent here often before 10 am to indulge in the $.99 large soda pop. Today I decided to try the new biggie cheese. It's a double Patty, with double cheese, grilled onions, and a middle slice of bread like the big Mac. It's quite tasty, they get a good sear on the parties, the grilled onions add a nice charred sweet flavor to the burger as well. I can't finish the sandwich in one sitting so it really fits the name "biggie". Hopefully it doesn't leave the menu anytime soon. read more

Ordered a large overpriced bag of ice with our food. Waited 25 mins to get our order at 8:30 when they close. The server didn't have the correct change and asked for our receipt back to correct it and did not give the receipt back. By the time we got home the ice was a solid bock. We tried to break up the ice to no avail. I took it back the next morning and spoke to a manager that said if she exchanges the ice without a receipt she could literally lose her job and that there was nothing she could do. This is pretty much a typical Sonic. They get my order wrong or leave stuff out (like not bringing my honey mustard with the chicken bites) every once in a while. The service is pretty quick if you go at traditional rush times like breakfast or lunch, but if you go at an off time they are very slow. It usually takes 10+ minutes to get a simple combo during off hours. Also some menu items are very expensive, particularly the burgers. There are some cheap options though, like the two hot dog combo. I really like the food here, especially the burgers and hot dogs (including the traditional coney). I also love the ocean water and peach tea. I'm not a big fan of the fries and tots however: They taste very bland compared to other fast food. Consequently I usually skip getting a combo since I don't want the fries or tots. Basically in summary, the service/price deserves a two star rating but I give it three because it's one of my favorite fast food places for the actual food. read more

Listen here fella, I understand an order of 6 Wings can be difficult but not 20 minutes difficult. I could have driven downtown and back before they came out with my food. As a Yelper, I take pride in my reviews- that being said I take some time to write them. I waited 10 minutes, wrote this review, and ate a watermelon in the time it took to bring my food out. This location is the absolute worst! Nestled in our neighborhood, we would have loved to incorporate this place into our Friday night tradition of getting ice cream as a family; However this place will not suffice. The staff is incredibly rude and sounds as if they'd rather be doing something else when taking your order. The wait times, even when not busy, are insanely long. The manager or "owner" is a complete joke, who, along with his workers, skipped the training on customer service. I should have listened to the reviews here and on Facebook specifically identifying this location for their lack of customer service, and long wait times. Lesson learned! I see them having the same fate as the Dairy Queen a couple doors over, soon. Maybe then we can have a reputable business that actually values their customers move in. When the mixed soda my wife ordered came out with too much syrup we requested they replace it with another soda. We were told we could buy another soda. We asked for manager to come out. He did and told us this is the way the sodas were made and if we didn't like it, it was our problem.
