The service was unacceptable. We pull up to 4 kids just sitting outside. The young boys are very helpful. Once we got to the window the young girl with brown hair had the absolute worst attitude. She gave us so much attitude as if we had done anything wrong for ordering drinks. They gave us the wrong drinks so we had to give it back and she rolled her eyes. Once I said something out loud about her attitude she changed it up a bit. I just cannot stand when I'm spending 30-50 dollars somewhere and the service is unacceptable. In a small dining area with seating for two, I took a seat and awaited my order. The Buttery Beer had my name written all over it, a cold root beer with butterscotch and vanilla crème! That sounds amazing on paper and the photos look just as spectacular. What I got was just an ordinary tasting 24-ounce root beer for $2.35 that didn't seem to have anything added to it at all. I have to wonder if I just received a plain root beer. It's something I could've picked up at the nearby Kroger for a dollar less. I'd give Swig four stars for serving good quality drinks, but only three stars overall for unoriginal flavors and misleading photos and descriptions. I'm not sure why it's so popular. Regardless, I'd rather go to the supermarket and get the same thing for half the price. The National menu has many more items than the Brentwood location, but at least they have a decent number of drink options, albeit scaled down. read more

this was my first time coming here and i can see why it's popular. it's quick and easy, there are tons of choices to choose from, and it's cheap! me and my friend got the summer breeze and the strawberry breeze, both super refreshing. the summer breeze was like a very subtle shirley temple and the strawberry breeze was like a better Starbucks Pink Drink. the service was chill, nothing too special. very nice people! we went through the drive through which is very easy and straightforward. can't complain read more

This place is definitely overrated. I'm not sure what expectations I really had, but this wasn't worth the wait. The line is usually long. By time you get to the speaker or attendant to order they'll most likely be out of the pretzels. Leaving you nothing but the dirty drinks to order. This concept isn't anything new. So here I am, a SWIG newbie freshly baptized in the fizzy waters of Utah, thinking I'm skipping Starbucks for a healthier(ish?) afternoon pick-me-up in Nashville. Plot twist: SWIG Nashville is playing hide and seek. GPS got confused, I got confused, and my passenger seat drink holder was getting real judgmental. But alas--I FOUND IT. Cue the angel choir and the sound of carbonated bubbles. I drove up, confident, ready to dive into the dirty soda game like a seasoned pro. I asked the very nice SWIG employee, "What's tropical and made with Diet Sprite?" Their response: "I'm new here soooo... I really don't know." Ah, yes. Nothing like a choose-your-own-adventure moment when caffeine and coconut are on the line. I blindly ordered the Shark Attack (because why not trust something that sounds like a summer blockbuster). This is a fad- don't see it lasting and don't think they do either based on how simple the decor/ cash register set up is. So actually I love the sodas and do think that they are worth it, especially cause I love yogurtland and doing kind of DIY situation. I am moreso speaking on the service and employees who are all in their teens and working their weekend/summer jobs. I'm all for it, go get that bag!! but the Gen Z stare is SO real here. As soon as the person in front of me drove away, I saw two girls and a guy giggling which at first I was just like oh ok theyre having fun and bonding, whatever. Then I drove up, and I asked if they had a menu and they said no they don't have menus. Funny, because last week they did, and the guy who was a few steps back had a menu but he didn't bother stepping in to help, and the girls just stared at each other and me until they said I have to go online. That would have been helpful to know or to have some kind of sign because not everyone looks up menus before they go? after a hot second, I felt them judging so hard and side eyeing each other like they were hostesses at a Michelin star restaurant because I didn't know what I wanted right away. Finally I took too long and one of girls said well what do you think you want and I can recommend some things, so she did. I just quickly ordered whatever, and it was actually really bad cause I messed up and added some stuff I probably shouldn't have, but this was the first time I experienced the Gen Z stare and I just wanted to get out of the situation so bad. When I paid, the girls didn't say thanks or follow the cones, or anything, they literally snapped and said your card didnt' work and so I said oh ok let me use another but then she said never mind, and just walked away without looking at me or saying sorry. So i just said thanks and closed my window. As I was driving around the loop, I looked in rearview mirror and saw that both of them were laughing once again, facing me, which I can now only assume means they were actually laughing at the customers, because the person in front of me also seemed to be a bit older and took his sweet time too. so moral of the story is know what you want before you get in line or look it up while in line and don't expect much customer service. the gen z stare I can get over, if everyone says its cause of covid and their lack of development. but when youre rude and snappy to your customers, thats a whole other thing. hope they can all take some classes. read more

I don't remember her name but she was the blonde girl working on the night of the 22nd and she was so rude to me and her coworkers. First she saw that there were people waiting to order then she sat on her phone the whole time while telling other people who were currently doing their job to get our orders. then when she realized that they were not going to listen to her because she was rude she got our orders but was rolling her eyes the whole time and giving us dirty looks. i have come by a lot and she does the same thing every time and I just do not like how she treats her coworkers it is so rude. read more

It's a super tiny place but seems super popular, the drive thru was especially busy. There's really no seating indoors. I ordered a build your own refresher and you might want to look at the menu and options online before going because all the options for add ons aren't really on the menu. I ordered popping boba in my drink which they forgot to add. They were super nice about fixing it, although they just added it to the same drink. It also had whipped cream, so they could have put a bit more on top after getting it messed up adding the boba but I get it. The drinks in general are pretty messy, as the lids aren't great. You will want to get a big sturdy straw even if you don't get boba because it takes a lot to get it through the opening! But the drink tasted good. There wasn't much ice which is good because you get more drink but if you like it icey like me beware that you'll have to ask for the extra ice option. Overall a little overwhelming with so many options for sizes and add ins not being clear, but nice concept and flavors. read more
